1 ) : By coming here, you want an honest opinion on your Oc, which is exactly what you'll get, don't get all butthurt if I say I don't like your Oc, if you can't take constructive criticism then why are you here in the first place?
2 ) : Be patient with me. I most likely won't be on here 24/7, so don't spam me about reviewing your character. Reviewing can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days depending on how busy I am.
3 ) : Please be detailed with your oc, there will be points taken away if your character lacks detail.
4 ) : To submit your oc, I'll give you my Email and you can send me your oc that way, if you don't feel comfortable with giving me your Email, then you're out of luck.
