“Curious.” The man said and walked away to get some things, I said down on the chair again still with the stick in my hand. The man came back and looked at me.
“Sir why did you say curious when I touched the sti.. I mean wand?” the man sighed and sat down on the pile of books again and looked at me before he spoke.
“You look like such a nice girl and I can tell you didn’t know about the wizarding world before did you?” I shook my head.
“Well there was made a prophecy about this wand I don’t know if you can truly understand what the prophecy said but the prophecy said that the girl who touched the wand and the wand chooses her she will be feared and great things she will perform. So I tried the wand on several girls but nothing happened and just today when I got a visit from the Death Eaters you come here and the wand chooses you. That is curious young lady.” The man looked at the wand.
I looked at the wand as well and then placed it back on the counter.
“Sir I don’t need a wand I can perform magic without a wand, I did it all the time so you can give the wand to some other girl.” I smiled.
“You can perform magic without a wand, for how long?” he asked me. I thought about it.
“I think I managed to control it for 2 years now I scared my parents with it because they thought I was mental but I knew I was different, very different from the other girls and boys on my school.” I said proudly but I looked outside it was getting late so I stood up and walked to the door I turned around for the last time.
“Thanks for your explanations sir but I have to go. It’s getting late and I promised to be back for the night falls” I opened the door but the man came to me and stopped me.
“Little girl here take it you can have it I can’t sell it to anyone else because it’s found his destiny, use it well young lady and it was nice to meet you but I must warn you beware for what’s out there.” He patted my shoulder and then I walked out of the shop into street again.
