Camellia panted as they walked up the stairs sweat dripping from her brow. There were so many stairs, she couldn't remember how many she had already climbed up. It was as if they were endless. She wished she could make a plantcreature and have that just carry her up, but she felt too exhausted to even do that. All the while her roses whispered encouraging things telling her to keep going. Camellia knee she couldn't risk falling behind or being separated from the group, but it was hard to keep up when she was so out of shape. Her small cell didn't leave a lot of room for cardio.

"You, alright kid?" Deadshot asked seeing the young girl slouched over the stair railing pausing for a minute to catch her breath.

Camellia nodded in reply not wanting to seem tired or worse weak.

"Alright, well it ain't break time yet. Let's get a move on." Deadshot told her. Flag sending a small glare their way clearly meaning hurry up. They were on a mission there was no time for dilly dally.

Camellia sighed and began walking again trudging her feet slightly. Deadshot watching her go up past Harley who was clearly zoned out caught up in the past as she gazed down below.

"Come here, lil green. I gotcha." Croc told the teen lifting her up placing her so she was sitting on his right shoulder.

She looked at him startled and bit frightened not expecting that to happen. Thorns sharpened on the rose wrapped around her wrist the plant readying itself for defense.

"Don't worry, I'm not gonna eat ya. Your too bony for me." Croc told her the spikes on her rose fading away.

"Why are you helping me?" Camellia asked suspiciously with a defensive glare in her eyes.

"I like your singing." Croc replied shrugging his shoulders making Camellia almost fall, but she quickly maintained her balance.

"My singing? Y-you could hear me?" Camellia asked her roses cheering and sharing in her surprise once again complimenting her on her beautiful voice.

Croc nodded, "for the most part, sometimes I heard you crying too."

"I'm not weak." Camellia instantly argued challenging the crocodile man to say she was.

"Your not meant for that place." Croc replied knowingly earning himself a smile from Camellia.

"What's that mean?" Camellia wondered confused.

"That's enough chit chat. This is a mission! It's not social hour." Flag commanded the group annoyed. In his opinion they all deserved to be locked up.

"Sir yes sir!" Captain boomerang mocked saluting with his boomerrang in hand.

Finally they came to the floor they were looking for. Flagg ordered them all to to stay as he went inside a room. Gunshots were heard making Camellia jump a bit her Rose's curling around her wrist protectively ready to strike.

When Amanda Waller emerged from the room Camellia gasped in horror and went tumbling back falling off croc's shoulder hitting the floor landing on her side.

"No way." Harley said in disbelief. The devil lady again?

"Let's go home." Flag told the group nodding his head towards the stairs.

"Yeah. let's go home. That sounds good. you guys wanna go home? Or you wanna go back to prison?" Captain boomerangs questioned the group.

"I'm not going back to prison and neither is Baby bud." Harley glared positioning herself in between Camellia and Waller aiming her bat towards Waller daring her to make a move against them.

"What I'm saying is ...We kill the pair of 'em now before they kill us." Captain boomerang suggested.

"I got this." Waller told Flagg who went to step in. "You all made it this far. Don't get high- spirited on me and ruin a good thing. On your feet, Rose. Mission's not over yet." Waller ordered glaring at the young teen. Camellia didn't move. She couldn't. How could she when Amanda Waller stood in front of her? The one person who terrified her more than Batman.

"She gave you an order, get up!" Flagg ordered yanking her up harshly by her arm.

"Hey! Hands off her." Deadshot snapped pushing Flagg away. Camellia stumbling a bit a nearby potted plant supporting her before she could fall. Croc growled menacingly glaring at Waller.

"No, one hurts lil green." Croc glared.

"She's had worse. You do what I say when I say it or things are gonna get ugly for all of you." Waller glared holding up her trigger threateningly.

"I like her, but I like you better. Chin up lil green. You can't tame the wild." Croc told the teen. Camellia nodded in reply hugging her rose on her wrist close to her never taking her eyes off Waller.

"Baby bud," Harley whispered to Camellia as she walked next to her. "I'm gonna go first, but it'll be back for ya okay?" Harley questioned.
Camellia wasn't entirely sure what the clown meant, but she didn't have time to process it as gunshots suddenly rained down upon the group. Everyone racing behind crates for cover. Camellia frowned, this was just not her day.
