It's been about 3 weeks and Jay and I are getting really close, not just us but Ruby and Vi are also really close with him and he's been made me really happy.

"Sup Vi" I smile as I sit right next to her as she looks as me and smiles back, "Sup Gens, how's Jay?" She smirked as my face heated, "stop Violet, it's not funny, I told you he's only a friend"

"Who's only a friend?" Seth comes up and pokes my cheek while I smack it away, "No one you should care about" I said and smack him before he trys to poke my cheek again.

"Oh you mean my little brother Jay, you know he's single right princess?" He smirked as he plays with my hair.

"Good for him, I don't care if he has a girlfriend or not."

Do I care?

"So if you don't care then why is your face red sweetheart?" Seth laughs as I cover my face in embarrassment.

"Speaking of sweethearts, here comes yours" Vi grins.

"Hey Gen," Jay walks up to me and hands me a letter. " Well I'll leave you two alone, bye Gen, bye Jay" and with that Vi left me alone with Jay and Seth.

"So what does the letter love say?" Seth pokes my hip wanting to know what it says. "None of your business Seth" I say poking his chest which was very hard and it hurt my poor finger.

"Well I also got to go Gen, I have soccer practice, got to go, see ya later." Jay waves at me and walks off.

"It's just me and you princess. What do you wanna do?" Seth asked as I get my bags heading to volleyball practice.

"I got to go to practice Seth, so I gotta go and oh how much I'll miss your company but bye" I smile as I walk of.

"Not so fast love, I'll walk you to your practice, don't want you to get hurt" he smirks and I roll my eyes at his stupidness.

"What even do you play, softball" he laughs, " I play volleyball, I'm actually already the captain of the team for the fourth year now" I smile at how much I've accomplished.

"Wow, impressive Taylor, really." He smiles and it makes me giggle.

"Well my lady, we have arrived," Seth bows down and opens the gym door for me to enter. "Thanks peasant, see you later" I smile as I wave and walk away.

So I finally got back from practice after two hours of running, I feel dead and just wanted to go in a tub of cold ice cream.

While I was changing I saw something fall from my jacket. I realized it was Jay's letter he gave to me. I've haven't read it yet and now I'm very nervous to.

I opened it, I was kinda scared, what if he hates me and wants me to forever hold my peace.

Ever since I met you I felt like I needed you in my life. You made me laugh and smile, something I haven't done knowing a long time. You made me feel free. I felt like I was in those stupid love movies where the guy falls in love with the girl, love at first sight. I felt that way when I saw you so I may be stupid and everything but I was just taking a risk and hoped that you, Genesis Alison Taylor are willing to go on a date with me.
