Seth's POV:

"I'm Genesis' father." The words lingering around in my head.

Her father? But he's dead she said he was dead.

"Is she here?" Mr.Taylor asked looking into the house.

"No she left a while ago. She'll be back. But she won't want to see you. You left her! She's been crying because she has no one left! How could you!" My voice rose and her backed up.

"I know your mad but it wasn't my fault I had to leave. It was the only way to try to save Gen! I swear I never ment to hurt my little princess she ment the world to me. She still does. But... but Gen's mom left me no choice. I had to leave." His eyes watered, tears filling his eyes.

"But you never deserve to be with her! You're a terrible fucking father! Why- there's no excuse to leave your child living alone with only-"

"Seth? Who's this man?" Oh shoot Jamie.

"Jamie hey, can you go back to your room?" I said smiling.

"Jamie? Jamie! Oh lord your so big your so grown up and oh lord" Mr.Taylor was officially crying.

"Who are you?" Jamie went to him and patted his back. What a good kid he's always been a good person to everyone, even if he didn't know them.

"Jamie...Jamie I'm your dad." He finally looked up he looked so broken. "My dad? No that's not possible- your dead. Mom told me you were dead. Your dea-" Jamie fell to the ground crying.

You know when you feel your heart breaking. Yeah that's what I feel. It hurts to see the guy who understands you crying. He's so strong but he-.

"Your my dad? For real?" Jamie choked out. "Yes I am your father James." He cried as Jamie smiled hugging him.

"I should be mad because you lied to me for my whole life. But I'm not. I really need you right now. Even Genesis. She's seems depressed. Ever since Lukas came she's been sad because of something he said and she hasn't been able to smile. Dad she really needs you. She need you. She's so stressed she need something to smile about." She's sad. But why. What happened.

"I know but is she gonna get mad at me" His dad seemed scared and worried.

"If she gets mad at you it makes sense but she will then forgive you. She needs you. She really does." Jamie smiles as her hugs his dad again.

Why is she sad. She never told me. Why didn't she tell me that she was sad.

GENESIS POV:

"Hey Gen, do you mind coming out and talking with me." It's been a month since I talked to Lukas and I kinda regret doing that. It was a stupid reason to ignore him.

"Yea I'll be out in 10." I said as I hear a car park in the front yard. "Or now."

I finally got outside and into his car. He was taking me somewhere but he never said where."Where are we going Luke?" I asked as he continued driving. "Somewhere" he said humming along with the song on the radio.

"Where are we going ?!" I laughed as I hit him, "Ma'am please keep your hands and legs inside your seat. Enjoy the ride." He smirked as I chuckled.

It's been a long time since I've actually smiled.

After an hour of ispy we finally got to the woods. Am I gonna die. Probably not he's too weak to carry my fat butt.

"It's not far where were going so let's go" he smiled as he took my hand and my stomach started doing flips and tricks. If that's makes sense "Aha yea let's go" I said as we walked. Literally only 20 minutes later and were all this pond. It was beautiful. The water was a clear blue. It had lily pads on the water as well as flower blossoms that fell from the trees.

"Wow! This is beautiful Luke! Where did you find this?" My eyes scanned the whole area looking around. It was beautiful. Besides the pond there was a garden. It seemed as someone came here to fix this place up sometimes.

"This is where I used to come when times got rough you know." He let out a small sigh.

"I brought you here because- because I felt bad about what happen. I know I took your first kiss Gen. And I know you think it meant nothing but it really meant everything to me! You have no idea how long I've been trying to come back and ask you this question." He looked at the pond as he put one hand in his pocket and the other one going through his hair.

"Genesis I like you... do you like me?" He looked back at me. His eyes scanning my face. My heart skipping beats for some reason. I've always been close with Lukas but never really thought of him saying those words. I mean of course I like him. He was my first kiss, first hug, first person to hold my hand the first for basically everything. Except one thing but like no ma'am that's a no no still.

"So what's your answer?" He finally smiled. A smile you couldn't believe was real. A person so sweet and so nice. A guy who could bring a girl from tears to joy in a second. He was everything I could have wanted.

But still I got out of a relationship. But should I count that relationship? I feel like I shouldn't it didn't last very long and I feel as if it was just something that happened. I mean you only live once! What am I saying I'm just stalling so I don't have to answer because like I wanna say yes but at the same time I don't know.

"Gen is that a yes or a no?" Lifted my chin gosh darn it. Here we go again. Whatever screw it.

"It's a yes Lukas. I've liked you for so long you have no idea. The day you kissed me made me realize that I wanted to be with you since forever. Your my one and only. My yin to my yang. This is cheesy but my jelly to my sand which. If that makes sen-" i was cut off by Luke taking my hands kissing my cheek. "Even if it was just on the cheek it was all I needed to go on." he smiled as my cheeks turned red.

"I mean I would kiss you on the lips but were not even there yet. And I kinda wanna wait till I ask you something but that can wait." He took my hand and we went back to thw car.

"Wait what else are you gonna ask me?" I laughed as he smirked. "You'll have to wait now let's go home" he started the car and we were off.

"Thank you for an amazing day. See you soon." I smiled as he kissed my cheek. Whoa my first crush told me he liked me. Whoa.

"Jamie I'm hom- "

"Genesis?"

"Dad?"
