"Queen Maria persuaded Joseph to support her, and is now going to persuade Daniel. It's time for you to go talk to Vinny. Perhaps you could take Belial, too?," Queen Lilith informs King Luther.
Luther nods. "Tell me again why I'd be best for this."
Lilith rolls her eyes. "According to Maria, Vinny admires you, and would listen to you personally rather than anybody else."
Luther sighs. "Have someone find Belial, and tell him to meet me in the travel room." Luther stops leaning against his desk, and heads to the travel room.
A short time later, Belial steps into the room as well. "Where are we going?," he asks.
"We're going to talk to King Vinny."
"Why?," Belial asks, confused.
"Your mother says that supposedly King Vinny admires us, and it would be better for us to personally speak to him." Luther unfolds his wings, and grabs Belial's arm. "Since you don't know where the Gold castle is, I'll take you." Luther teleports he and Belial to the Gold travel room, where a frantic Vinny is waiting.
"You're insane to actually come, holy shit," Vinny states.
"Was I not supposed to?," Luther asks.
"Well, you know Adam has been extremely paranoid about you lately, placing spies in everyone's castles. I didn't think it was serious when I received the news that you'd be arriving, I figured you didn't want to risk being caught."
"Adam doesn't scare me," Luther states, proud.
"I know, but still-"
"Still, nothing," Luther cuts Vinny off. "Even if he were to find out, what could he do to me? Nothing. Our kingdom was moved over a thousand years ago, and nobody knows where it is, besides us. The only thing he could do, or attempt to do, is prosecute those of you involved. So, I suggest you keep your shit in order and kept quiet."
Vinny nods. "So, what is it that I'm supposed to do?"
"Make sure your army is loyal to you, first. Ensure that they'll fight on your side and won't run off to the Whites. Keep them ready, there's no set date yet, but it should not be too long from now."
"Okay.. I can do that. Keep me updated."
Luther snaps open his wings, startling Vinny. He then grabs hold of Belial, and teleports back to his travel room.
"Why was it necessary for me to go? It's clearly you he admires. I didn't even say a word the whole time," Belial states, following his father back to his study, where Queen Lilith is waiting.
"Because your mother wanted you to go, Belial."
"I thought it'd be good for you two to meet," Lilith says.
"I wasn't even introduced," Belial argues. "I just stood there like a mute moron."
"That's all you have to do to assert your dominance with these people, Belial," Lilith states.
Luther leans against his desk. "I don't know if Vinny can handle it."
"Worst case scenario, he gets found out and executed."
"That's nice and all but if I'm no longer needed, I'm going to go," Belial cuts in.
"You're supposed to be the one who kills King Adam, yet you can't even talk with the adults," Luther adds, unamused. "Go."
"No, nevermind, I'll stay."
"Go, Belial. Now." Luther begins to get angry. Belial frowns, and leaves.
"What is your intentions with them when this is all over?," Lilith asks.
"Depends. If they prove themselves an asset, then they'll be part of the new United Kingdoms. If not, well..." Lilith nods. "The Blues will be a good asset, I know that for sure. I'm not sure about the Greens or Golds."
"I believe they will be. The Greens will follow behind the Blues no matter what, and the Golds will follow behind us."
"I don't think the Golds are reliable, though."
Lilith shrugs. "I suppose we'll see, won't we?"
