As I walk out of the main office I bumped into someone AGAIN! I look up to see who it is and the same dark Hazel eyes that caught me off guard is starting right at me. I quickly became annoyed by his presence only due to the fact that he cat called me earlier.

"Uh I have your phone mi nena", he says with a smug smile.

I roll my eyes but he doesn't seem to notice and I swap phones. I'm saved by the bell before he can say anything to me and I turn on my heels and I walk to first period. I look down at my schedule.

"Hmm psychology first", I mumble to myself trying to find the room number.

Room 210 and I look up and I see 315.

"Great I passed it", I sigh in annoyance.

It's already 9 O' Clock. I run back down the hall way and I see the 200's. I look and I see 210. I take a deep breath and I knock on the door. I wait patiently as the teacher comes and opens the door.

"Oh you must be new", he greets me with a smile.

"Yeah I am", I said giving my best fake smile.

"Well come on in, I'm Mr.Ortiz, Welcome to Psychology Advance", he says with a smile.

"Yeah, I'm Camila", I said twiddling with my thumbs. I look around and I see an empty spot in the back.

"Well Camila you can sit in the back where those two seats are empty", he says clapping his hands together.

I make my way to my new seat when the door opens.

"Ah Mr. Camacho, how nice is it for you to join us today", Mr. Ortiz says.

I look up and I see the boy who I bumped into twice. My mouth falls open as I start to look around. The only empty seat is next to me. Great, that's exactly what I need. I look up and see him look in my direction and he gives me a wink. I roll my eyes and I look down.

"Well Richard are you gonna sit down or just stand there all day, I don't mind either one just hurry and choose", Mr. Ortiz says passing out the syllabus.

As Richard makes his way to me I start to get nervous. Fuck me get nervous. No the last time I got this nervous was with Nicholas father. I shake my thoughts as Richard gets to the seat next to me.

"Hey mi nena", he says in a whisper.

I ignore him and he doesn't seem pleased. After 10 minutes of Mr. Ortiz explaining the syllabus, he informs us he has zero tolerance for cell phones policy. And he pointed at Richard to remind him about the policy. As he strictly goes over the rules Richard slides me a piece of paper. I ignore it and push it aside. He takes it back and attempts to slide it under my elbow. I look at him and I attempt to give him a death stare. He laughs and shakes his head.

*Ring Ring*

Everyone looks back at me and Richard. I know it's not me because my phone is in my back pocket. I look at Richard and his eyes drop. I hear Mr.Ortiz sigh.

"Already Richard and we just started the school year", he says walking towards our table.

"I swear I t-t-thought I turned it off Mr.Ortiz", he stutters.

"Give me the phone or you get a detention, I'm sorry but you know the policy". Mr. Ortiz grumbles.

Amused by the whole situation I stare at Richard take the detention rather than giving up his phone. Mr.Ortiz sighs and walks back to his desk to get a detention slip. I chuckle to myself at what just happened and Richards cheeks are red. Mr. I swear I'm the shit is embarrassed.

"Richard come get your detention slip", Mr.Ortiz says while waving the slip in the air.

As he gets up he places the piece of paper on-top of my binder so I have no choice but to read it. I look down and it says "Can I have your number? Si or SI?" I smirk and I take my pen and write all over the paper with a big fat "NO". I crumble it up and I place in his binder. He comes back to the table and he brushes his index finger through my hair. I roll my eyes and turn my attention back to Mr.Ortiz. I pay attention to Mr.Ortiz talk about how this is a hard class and not many people will pass and how we have to be a ice breaker, how I hate Ice Breakers. As he hands out the ice breaker paper to a girl who I think is named Sabrina, I hear Richard look in his binder and find the crumpled up piece of paper that I left for him. I look at him from the corner of my eye and see how he huffs with annoyance as he reads that I said "NO", I smile to myself and turn my attention back to the girl who hands Richard the paper and starts flirting with him completely ignoring me. I sigh and I take the paper from Richard, he looks over at me with confusion before he realizes Sabrina never gave me a paper.

"Um Rina, you forgot to give her a paper", he says in my defense. She looks over at me and rolls her eyes and tosses the paper in my direction.

"Snotty Bitch", I said as quiet as I could but not quiet enough.

"UMMM Camila that'll be a detention for you too", Mr. Ortiz sighs in disbelief.
