In Our Family (Iwaoi)

Chapter 2

~No POV~

    The whole table collectively sighs when they hear the duo come in.  Bokuto instantly runs up to the counter to talk to his boyfriend. “AKAASHI!!”  He yells with a huge smile on his face, and Akaashi doesn’t even flinch. “Hello Bokuto, would you like some coffee?”  Akaashi responds with a ghost of a smile. Bokuto nods his head aggressively and smiles even wider (If that’s possible).

“BRO!!  COFFEE!!”  Bokuto calls over his shoulder for Kuroo.  Then turns back to Akaashi to lean his head on one of his hands; gazing at him with much love and affection.  Kuroo stops teasing a slightly irritated Oikawa and jogs up to the counter with a shit-eating smirk on his face.  “Bo, your gay is showing.” Kuroo says when he gets to the counter.

“Bitch, I’m the gay QUEEN!!”  Bokuto replies lifting his head up to Kuroo.  “Fuck no, Oikawa is!!” Kuroo says pointing to Oikawa and Akaashi just nods in agreement.  Bokuto instantly pouts and whines an ‘Akaashi’; whom gives them their coffee. When Kuroo turns away with his coffee Akaashi moves to give Bokuto a peck on the cheek.

Bokuto brightens back up again and walks to the table happily sipping his coffee.  “Bokuto, you look like you just won a prize.” Suga says when Bokuto sits down at the table.  “Akaashi kissed me!!” He practically yelled and Oikawa giggles at him. “More like a love-sick puppy…”  Oikawa corrects and Iwa nods. “Like you have any room to talk, Oikawa.” Kuroo says, defending his best bro, with the smirk back again.

“What the fuck is that suppose to mean?”  Oikawa snaps at him, and everyone else just quietly sips their coffee; not wanting to get involved.  “You’re a lovesick puppy when it comes to Iwa.” Kuroo states, smirk getting wider when Oikawa gets a little flustered.  “FUCK YOU KUROO-CHAN!!” Oikawa yells and everyone in the cafè turns to look at him. “Oikawa-san, please lower your voice.”  Akaashi mello voice floated out from behind the counter.

    Oikawa turns slightly pink and leans against Iwa; who rubs his back quietly.  “Dai, can we go shopping after?” Suga asks Daichi and that catches everyone’s attention.  “U-um, sure.” Daichi responds, wary of all the eyes focused on him, and Suga smiles excitedly.  “What?” Suga asks the still staring friends. “We are trying to figure out if it is going to be a sickly sweet shopping trip or a regular one…”  Kuroo says narrowing his eyes at the two guys.

    Suga smiles a slightly too sweet for comfort, “Would you like to find out?”  He says, tilting his head as in a way of saying, ‘I can and will beat your ass if I need too’.  Making everyone shiver at their friend’s disturbing aura. “U-uh… N-no we don’t want go!!” Bokuto says scooting a little closer to Iwa, whom is staring at his coffee as if to distract him from the slightly terrifying glare.  

    “Good!”  Suga exclaims, smile turning into a normal one, they all let out a sigh.  “Suga-chan, you’re terrifying!!” Oikawa says with everyone nodding in agreement.  The silver haired man just shrugged. “Welcome.” Akaashi voice rings out as two new people walk in.  “HEY BOKUTO-SENPAI! KUROO-SENPAI! SUGA-SAN! DAICHI-SAN! IWAIZUMI-SAN! AND OIKAWA-SAN!” A bright voice yells, Bokuto and Kuroo instantly stand up.  “HINATAAA!! OUR SUN CHILD!!” They say in unison, while hugging the smaller. Hinata giggles at his favorite senpais and hugs them back.

“Hey Hinata-kun, Kageyama-kun.”  Daichi says to them, smiling at the display.  Oikawa’s mood instantly drops when he hears Kageyama’s name.  “Hello.” Kageyama replies, nodding at Iwa and Oikawa. Hinata escaped and bounded up to the counter.  Akaashi give him a small, soft smile as the orange haired boy ordered his drink animatedly. When the coffee was finished Akaashi drew a sun on the to-go cup causing the boy to smile brightly.  Then showing Bokuto and Kuroo his sun cup, causing them to coo at Hinata.

While this was happening Oikawa was stubbornly not talking to Kageyama, but apparently Iwa didn’t get the message.  “So how are your studies going, Kageyama?” Iwa asks his konohi. “Pretty good, though I not really good with my English classes.”  Kageyama responds somewhat flatly. With Suga and Daichi pitching in on the small talk, it only lastly for a few minutes until Hinata came to the table.

“It was nice to see you all again!!”  Hinata yells while bouncing out of the cafè and Kageyama in pursuit.  “Oi! Dumbass!!” The raven yells when Hinata breaks out in a sprint. That makes the whole table chuckle a bit, except Oikawa of course.  “Yo, do you think the reason why Kageyama calls Hinata a dumbass so much is because he picked it up from Iwa calling Oikawa names??” Kuroo theorizes, and Iwa blushes slightly when they all agree.

“Hinata is so adorable!!  Akaashi even draw a sun on his cup!”  Bokuto states smiling brightly. Hinata’s energy was really infectious because everyone was soon chatting animatedly, but it sadly ended.  The friends soon disbanded to do their own things for the rest of the day
