Prologue - Why hate her??

One thing that I could have in this world... it would probably be someone that connects with me. As in, it doesnt matter what you look like... well, if you look really ugly then no. But, I mean as... like someone that I can show what the outside of reality looks like, because that's what a real man does. Why am I even thinking about? I'm just a normal inkling that's walking around Inkopolis Square. Always looking at Off the Hook with my squidphone tweeting about them. I'm just such a weirdo... But I never stopped.

They always look back at me and smile, waving "Hi" and all that. Marina was pretty cute for her age but I was too old for her and way too cute. What I mean by that is, there are too much people that like her. But it hurts to see that Pearl doesn't get that type of love that Marina gets. I just don't get it. Not the same respect that Marina gets, I mean yeah she's a very passionate singer but Pearl is a very cool rapper. Tbh, I like rap more than people sing their hearts out. Don't get me wrong, everyone sing their hearts out. But, ugh, you know what I mean.

Anyways, when I see them, in my mind, I just wish that Pearl will ever talk to me. Same with Marina but I'm more of a Pearl fan. Who knows if it might happen. It can't... Pearl deserves better. Ugh, who am I kidding... I'm such a loser for even thinking that Pearl would ever talk to me or be with me. It's all a matter of hope. I hope this will happen one day... just one day, with her... If you're wondering who I am. I'm (Y/N).

[A/N]: How are you liking this so far... yeah it kinda sucks but I'll keep continuing if you guys like it. Tbh it was really short, I'm very sorry for that. And also, I did wrote in first person instead of second person so my bad on that one. But I'll try to write more. This is my first book after all so I need more time.
