Nino's POV

Why am I not able to contact those girls?
I don't even know if they returned or not. No one was their in hostel also.
I think I have to visit her to find out if they are back or not.

Thank god. I already had her address!

After 30minutes of drive I finally reach her house. It's kinda isolated and only few houses can be seen around.

Now..now..
Why do I have such a creepy feeling here?

After ringing their bell for what felt like hours I felt like,
'Oh god! Is someone home?'

I was in my own thoughts when  someone placed their hands on my shoulder which scared the shit out of me.

"Oh shit." I shrieked in fear only to see a women standing before me with a concerned look.

"I am so sorry. I didn't mean to scare you." She said looking concerned.

"Oh. That's fine. I was just in my own thoughts and didn't see you coming." I said smiling.

"Are you here to see the D'souza's?"

"Uhmm...yeah. Their daughter is my classmate. Are they home?"

"Oh that girl.." She said thinking about something and then continued,
"She went out with a bag few days ago but didn't return."

"What about her parents?"

I don't know why. But I felt something was off. The way the women spoke about them.

"Girl. I am just telling my thought, don't mistake me. Please stay away from that girl." She said looking serious as she made her way towards her house.

"Wait." I shouted as I ran towards her.

"But why? Are their parents home? I have ringed their bell like eternity! But their was no response." I said.

"I don't know if they are home or not. It had been a long time since I saw them. They never came out after they were reunited with their daughter." She said and made her way.

I was in my own thoughts when she shouted,
"Something is wrong here girl. Just return home safely." She said and with that she went into her house.

Now, here I am left out dumbfounded. Not even knowing what's happening around me.

That's when I decided I had to do this and then searched for a way to enter in.

The moment I entered in through the backdoor to my surprise which was left open I saw that this place looked untouched for many days with dust all over.

I went on searching each room to find nothing when I finally reached her room or so I thought.

My mind kept on telling me that what I was doing is wrong.
Sneaking into someone's house is the biggest crime.
But still, something stopped me from listening to it as I made my way inside.

Everything looked arranged perfectly. Compared to the other room's this room looked a little used. I was just going through the details in her room when I unknowingly stepped on something and then the screen behind me got open instantly.

I was little taken aback at first but then slowly turned to see the most unexpected thing ever.

Their were many pictures aligned in an order with smilies placed on their faces. Above that was written,
"BE HAPPY AND KEEP SMILING." In bold and below it was,
"THAT CAN ONLY HAPPEN WHEN YOU ARE ASLEEP AND I WILL HELP YOU WITH THAT FOREVER."
