Jobless at the moment ? Check

But soon that's going to change , if by luck my interview goes well in Wilderson Enterprises , apparently it's one of the biggest and most successful company in New York City , although how would I know that I moved here from London only a few months ago although learnt a lot about New York thanks to my best friend Rose. 

My parents thought it would be a great opportunity for me to move to NY , although here i am with no work , I share this apartment with Rose , and honestly I would say its amazing and fun but sometimes she just acts like a mum, which is hilarious. Rose told me about Wilderson Enterprises , and I still have no idea how the boss looks , probably some old grumpy fella. Rose was is pretty much settled here in NY she moved here 2 years ago and kept insisting me to move so I did and I slightly regret it because NY is so different to London , the food , the atmosphere , the houses , the people , literally everything.

 Did you ever have that whole promise with your best friend as kids , that you guys would grow up together and live in the same house and be "BFFS"  forever , well that's exactly me and Rose , we're slightly surprised that things like that can actually happen to be honest. We've known each other for 12 years now and it's probably the best thing that has ever happened to the both of us , we've been through so much together what could possibly change ? right ?

"Isabel , stop day dreaming and get ready faster , or you'll be late for your interview , and I can't deal with you moaning all the time about not having job!"

 "Ugh Rose , stop being so grumpy"

 "I'm sure you'll be the grumpy one when you don't get that job" 

A long sigh leaves my mouth as I got up from my seat making sure my dress and hair looked okay and put my black heels on and took my keys and left. I guess today may be my lucky day as the taxi came within 5 minutes , and that's a first time  , I quickly checked my phone and my eyes grew wider , it was already 9:15 and the interview was in 10 minutes , now that in think of it lucky day my ass because if i'm late i probably won't even get that job today , i'm doomed my life's doomed , I give the taxi driver 15 dollars and run out of the taxi, and go through the offices door and run to the receptionist.

I truly was out of breath and the receptionist looked up at me from her computer , "um hi I'm Isabel Davies and i'm here for the interview" , she just nodded and pointed upstairs , I think I got the massage that she meant its right at the top floor but took me a good 5 minutes to realise. 

I walked to the elevator and took a long breath.

I went in and pressed the top floors button, clicking my hills while waiting , finally the doors opened , i took and long breath and walked towards towards the huge door, there was no one around , but i was  half an hour late what did I expect ? 

I knocked the door and a "Come in " came from the other side of the door , i slowly opened the door and saw a tall , lean figure looking out to the glass wall behind his desk (ironic I know!)
