sadie huffed, barging through the doors. she quickly checked the time on her watch, and scoffed. "are you kidding me?!" she shook her head.

the whole cast was having a meeting at 10:30am, and sadie was very scared she was going to be late. it was only 9:30am, so she was in a rush for nothing.

sadie walked over to the very large table, and took her seat. only a few directors were there, but on their phones. she tapped her foot, and waited silently. she heard the doors open, but didn't think anything of it. it was probably an extra. a pair of hands covered her eyes, causing her to jump up in her seat. "guess who," a voice said by her ear. she smacked the persons arm.

"dang, rude." the voice belonged to no other than finn wolfhard. sadie rolled her eyes as he took a seat next to her. "you know that's not your assigned seat, right?" she looked over at him, raising her eyebrows. he scrunched his nose. "uh, and i care why?" sadie put her hands up in defense and he chuckled.

a bit later, the rest of the cast slowly filled in. finn had to go to assigned seat, since gaten was who actually sat by sadie. the duffer brothers were the last in, as they always were. "so, as you all know, we are going to be filming here soon," matt said. sadie, along with everyone else, nodded. the meeting went on, and more talk about season 3 was discussed. towards the end of the meeting, sadie was already bored.

she looked around, and met eyes with finn. he gave her a small smile, which she returned. she looked back at the duffers, but still felt a pair of eyes of her. "you guys may go now, see you all later!" matt said and waved, the twins walking out first. sadie stood up, gaten standing up on her left, caleb on her right. she started walking towards the door. "bye sadie!" she turned around to see caleb waving at her, a smile on his face. she waved back and walked outside. someone had ran up beside her, and started to walk with her.

sadie looked up, and saw a smiling finn looking down at her. "what?" she asked, partly confused. "nothing, it's just funny how you didn't even acknowledge my presence." he chuckled, looked at his feet as the two walked. "well sorry," she laughed, bumping her shoulder on his gently. he cleared his throat. "so- wanna hang out at my house?" he asked, scratching the back of his neck. "im down," she shrugged.

finn smiled. he always loved hanging out with sadie. she was probably his favorite person on the cast, and he had the most fun with her.

finn nodded. "do you wanna walk? i rode my skateboard here," sadie nodded. "i don't mind," finn held up a finger, and ran to get his skateboard. sadie stopped, and waited for him to come back. not even a minute later finn was by her side, holding his skateboard. finn placed it on the ground, and kicked off.

sadie didn't want to catch up to him. it was already hot, and she didn't want to run. "hey, wanna ride?" he called out, looking over his shoulder at her. it's been a few months since sadies been on a skateboard. she wasn't great, but she was okay. she gestured for him to skate over to her. finn eventually skated to her, and stopped in front of her. he stepped off, but kept one foot on the board so it wouldn't roll off.

sadie stepped up on the skateboard, and finn took his foot off the board. she kicked off a little so she wouldn't go too fast, and rolled slowly down the sidewalk. finn watched her, smiling. as sadie continued to skate, the board picked up its pace little by little. she noticed it going faster and faster, growing uncomfortable by the speed of the board.

sadie looked over her shoulder at finn. he couldn't see the discomfort on her face, and waved at her. she raised her hand to wave back, but ended up on the ground a second later. she had ended up losing her balance. the skateboard continued to roll down the sidewalk, but slowed down eventually.

finn wasn't too alarmed, since almost everyone loses their balance on a skateboard. he ran over to her, and crouched in front of her. "well damn, sadie. i thought you could skateboard!" he laughed gently, trying to lighten the mood. he got smacked. "my elbow hurts," she muttered, sitting up. she turned her arm to look at it. it was scratched up, and bloody. "that's kinda deep," finn said, scrunching
his eyebrows. sadie gave him the 'duh' look.

finn reached forwards, and took her arm. he leaned forward a bit so he could get a better look. the lack between the twos faces wasn't much. sadie noticed, but finn didn't. her face immediately went red. finn looked up. there was a silence between them, but it wasn't awkward. finn wanted to lean in badly. it was the perfect time to. instead, he cleared his throat. "lets go get you cleaned up."
