Chapter 3

Katy: I'm just gonna say it. I like you Luke Bryan.

Now://

Katy's P.O.V.

I did it. I told Luke I liked him. Now I'm just scared about what he's gonna say next. He opened his mouth to say something but no words came out. "So you like like me?" He asked. I nodded. "There's only one thing I can do to show how I feel right now." He said. Before I could say anything, he cupped my face with his hands and placed his lips on mine. I gladly kissed back. He pulled away. "So what does this mean?" I asked. "It means I like you too Katy Perry." I smiled. He stood up, as did I. He kissed me again. I wrapped my hands around the back of his neck, as he placed his on my waist, pulling me closer to him. We heard footsteps and quickly separated. We both pretended to be gathering our stuff. Lionel walked in. "Ready guys?" He asked. We both nodded.

Luke's P.O.V.

All three of us walked outside to see the paparazzi with flashing cameras and mics pointed towards us. We just made our way to the limo that was waiting for us. While we were walking, Katy must've tripped on her heals because she fell backwards. Luckily, I caught her before she hit the ground. It kinda looked like I was dipping her. I could hear the cameras flash even more, so I quickly helped her up. The limo dropped us off at the parking lot where our veichiles were. "See you tomorrow guys." Lionel said getting into his car and driving off. Katy started walking to her car. "Hey Katy." I said. She turned. "Uh, would you like to, um, go out with me tomorrow after auditions?" I asked rubbing the back of my neck. She smiled. "Sure." She said. I smiled. "Oh I forgot to ask you, how's the knee?" She asked. "Oh, it's a lot better, thanks." I said. "See you tomorrow, Luke." She said before kissing me. I put my hands on her waist. She pulled away. "See ya." I said. She got into her car and drove away. I pumped my fist in the air.

Lionel's P.O.V.

I was driving away when I realized I forgot to tell Luke something. I drove back when I saw something I never thought I'd see. I saw Luke and Katy kissing. That's when I realized that what I had to tell Luke could wait. This was huge.
