Chapter six

Virgil POV

I saw his face, the clear terror shown on his face made my stomach flip and I knew I wanted it to go away.

He flashed me an sad look as I reached my hand in his room, I could hear voices.. was Logan upsetting Patton?

I reached my hand trying to pull him out the room,but  it was atop with the wooden door.

My heart felt like it was just stabbed and my eyes felt like tearing up, ignoring the jolt of pain in my heart and I sighed and was about to walk away but then I heard...

His voice.

That freaking sneak was in there! My heart beating rapidly as I knew why Patton had closed the door, he was trying to protect me, I went to swing open the door however my mind stopped me. If deceit is in there Patton must've of took an huge risk in closing that door.

Despite my heart telling me to go save my boyfriend and possibly Logan and Roman my mind knew we couldn't do anything about it.

My heart heavy and my head in pain I stalked away from the door. I walked into the living room where I saw an person sitting on the couches arm. He looked down not facing me.

"H-hello?" I asked walking towards him, the living room light was off and the room was only brighten by the flickering of the tv. The man still didn't respond. I gentle tapped him on the shoulder.

"DON'T TOUCH ME!" An voice shrieked and I jumped away,hitting my arm off the light switch, the light flashed on and I gasped in surprise.

In front of me was.. Logan? However I knew it couldn't be him. His hair was extremely messy like he had ran is hair through it a lot, his clothes was an indigo shirt with an lose tie, and black trousers.

I freaked out when I looked at his face and arms.. his face were littered in small cuts and his eyes were small and un focus.. his arms were scarred beyond repair and had some bandages covering them.

He looked like an worst version of me..

"Ah I'm sorry sorry!" I squealed and he just stared at me, then all around the room and at the tv. He just stared at the machine with half open eyes,he looked like he was about to fall asleep but then he jumped up.

"W-where am I? ... who... who are you!" He pointed at me his eyes aflame. "You..you sent me here!" He accused pushing me so I'll hit my back hurt of the wall. 

My body started to shake as this nutjob kept accusing and pressing his arm against my throat, I clawed at his arm but it was like he didn't even feel my nails digging into him.

"A-ah no no no I didn't!" I choked out,my voice was harsh "my name is Virgil.. I'm I'm an aspect of Thomas's personality!" Suddenly all the air returned to my body as he moved his arm away, he stepped back from me and his eyes were closed.

"....hmm Thomas?.. Thomas.. host Thomas?" I scrambled to the ground where I regained my breathing. "Yeah! Yeah him." The Logan wannabe started to look around and act like he didn't just choke me, his attention was back on me in an instant where he flashed out his hand.

"I don't believe we.... we've met... I am well my name is paranoia... yes yes that's my name." My eyes widen to that name.. paranoia... suddenly an wave of empathy drowned me as I looked at paranoia, he was way worst then me..

I lived worrying. While he lived in fear.

I shook his hand. "I'm Virgil.." I didn't want to tell him what aspect of Thomas I was, and he really didn't seem to care. We sat in the living room for an short while, I constantly looked at the roof praying that everyone was alright and safe. What I notice about the new guy was he lacked focus, one minute he was talking to me about one thing and then completely forget bout it.

"....deceit doesn't want us here... " he mummers and I looked at him. "What?" He looked at the window where it had started raining "deceit doesn't want us here...but... greed wanted to "play."

Greed...?

"Who's greed..?" I asked pouncing into action he could give me the answers I need. Paranoia looked at me. "My partner.. I think." I nodded. "Why doesn't deceit want you guys here?" Paranoia thought for an moment.

"He said we'll... we'll.." he started but he blinked deeply and ran an hand through his hair. "You'll what!?" I asked in desperation grabbing onto his shoulders, damm it I was getting somewhere!

"We'll ruin his plan.." he said while getting shook around by me. I stopped and his broken glasses came tumbling onto the floor.

His plan..

What the heck is he planning and why does it involve the others and not me.

My head started to hurt more with all these questions and paranoia poked my arm. "Do you..you know where he is?" I stopped gripping my head. "What?,who"

"Deceit.... I'm lonely... g-greed is usually with me.." he explained and I thought of an idea..

He could distract the snake while I save everyone. "Yeah c'mon I'll show you." I jumped up careful to not touch him again and ran up the stairs where he followed me slowly. I pointed to pattons room. "There in there."

Paranoia nodded and opened the door, when I peeked in I saw Roman looking pale and looking like he seen an ghost, Patton on the verge of tears and Logan looking clueless. I saw the snake and I growled but then I saw an new guy, he looked a lot like prince and even had the same cocky smile.

Must be greed. I concluded and I saw Patton who was closet to me stare at me wide eyed. Paranoia walked in and Patton attention was on him and he gasped as he saw the scars on his arms. Roman just looked away and Logan..

Logan looked terrified, it unnerved me I never seen him look so scared before.

Deceit saw him and looked just fed up at this point. "Oh it's so great to see you paranoia." He drawled out and I gained the attention of Patton again.

The prince look alike had an bright smile and beckoned paranoia to come to him. "Oh sweetheart your here!" He chirped and deceit looked at him. "You brought him here?!"

Greed rolled his eyes. "Well of course I did can't have my possessions running around without me can't we?" It annoyed me when he called his "partner." An possession but shook my head.

Deceit and Greed were too busy fighting and I signalled Patton to follow me, slowly the three males crepted to me and we slowly walked into my room.

We all huddled in my room, where Patton hugged me tightly sobbing into my chest, I held him close and whispered soothing words into his ears.

Roman was hugging Logan, the two men were shaken up but still trying to calm each other down. Soon after a while we were all settled into an tense but quiet room. I got up and let go of pattons arm as he tried to stop me, I locked my bed room door and turned around to them three.

Now is the time I get answers.

"Who and what happened back there?"

Sorry cliffhanger, also two updates in one day!? Sorry I got excited.. sorry if the Book seemed drawn out I just wanna build suspense even though I suck at at.

I'm also not proud of this chapter.
