* Betty's POV *
Today was some kind of celebration on campus, 75th Anniversary I think. Although the celebration starts at 4 pm, we did not have any lessons today. I got up and looked around. Cheryl was gone and Veronica was still sleeping. I decided to take a shower so I took some of my clothes and went to the shower. When I shower is this the only place where I can freely think about everything. Since last week, I always ask myself these questions: Does jughead really like me ? Does he really want to go on a date with ME? Does he really find me pretty or interesting?
I bet he just wants to take advantage of me. I think it's just a stupid bet. When I came out of the shower and put on my clothes I looked at myself. I feel ugly, I have no style, I have nothing special about my body,No curves no nothing. How can someone like Jughead be interested in me, he's pretty, smart, has beautiful eyes, a perfect smile and- Oh betty stop talking about him, you can not fall for him.
I looked at the mirror for another 2 minutes. I have to change. I'm too shy, I have to be different.
I went to V and woke her up
"Ronnie, get up, come on!"
"Wait another 5 minutes", she mumbled half asleep
"No, get up, we go shopping!" After the word 'shopping' she got up immediately and was wide awake
"Are you serious? Betty cooper wants to go shopping?" she asked in shock
"yeees now come sleepyhead" she got up and took a quick shower. I was not jealous but I always had respect for the courage of Veronica, she is beautiful, everyone likes her, she could have 100 other best friends but she took me. I love her, she was always there for me. She was the only one who had supported and understood me after the time with Chick (A / N not her brother). She came out of the shower and looked as pretty as ever
"ok we can go!" she called and pulled me out.
Just as we were about to leave the campus, Jughead came
"Hey girls, where are you going?" he asked and I did not look at him
"That is none of your business dear brother," Ronnie said in a sarcastic tone, pulling me back with her. I know that she was pissed because Jughead got that way. I also know that she was afraid that my heart would be broken again. She is protective and I love her.
* On the train to the city *
"V you know you dont have to be mean to Jughead, he isbnot be able to do anything to me," I said
"B ... I would never allow that he comes near you after what I found out about him yesterday , but I missed him every day so much and what has become of him ?? A player who simply exploits girls. This is not the Jughead I once called my brother . " she looked sad but immediately smiled again
"but dont let think about boys , and let's have a fun day, well, until this celebration starts on campus"
in the city we went to every shop. I got countless new clothes. None of that was my style but I think it's nice, so a change in the sytle can not hurt.
*on the way back*
"Betty your new things are so beautiful, everyone will just look at you, I mean , you're beautiful,kind and smart " Veronica said excitedly
"Thanks v! But you're so pretty, too," I answered with a red face.
Back at the college, we immediately went to our rooms and put on our new clothes.

Ready dressed we went down. everywhere were already students. And of course the gang of Jughead. I immediately noticed Jughead's eyes on me.
* Jughead's POV *
Two girls just came out the doors and it was Veronica and ... Betty. Wow she looked perfect. Wait no, what am I talking . I tried not to stare but I think Betty noticed my looks already. I turned away immediately and as the two girls passed by Chuck Reggie and me, chuck whistled betty afterwards and called
"OH betty, you look Hot in your new look " I dont know why but that what he said made me angry . Veronica immediately turned around and walked toward Chuck
"What did you just say?" she asked with a look that could kill
"I said that your friend looks hot, but who are you, you pretty girl "
"Chuck leave her alone," I intervened now
"And why should I?" he asked provocatively
"Because that's my sister, you fool"i said a bit angrier
"Ok ok chill" he said
I immediately turned back to Veronica
"Come on, let's go," I said and was about to pull her arm , but she slapped my hand away
"Well, first of all, do not go on this "big brother mode" just because you're 10 minutes older and second, you can stay here with your fool friends, dont come near me or Betty!" she called and left with Betty. I was just shocked and didn't say anything
"Oohhh Jones was roasted by his own sister," Reggie exclaimed, laughing
"Oh, shut up" I said and sit down on a bench
What did I do wrong? Veronica was the only person in my family I really care about, and now she just hates me.
