*Jughead's pov*
Three hours...
Since three hours I'm sitting next to Betty's Hospital bed, waiting for her to wake up.
It was my fault.
She hurt herself because of me.
Because I was so stupid and I didn't tell her earlier.
"Jughead?" I heard Bettys voice and I instantly shoot up from the chair
"Betty oh my... Thank God you are alright" I said reaching for her hand but she pulled away
"No you will just use me again" she said with tears in her eyes
"No Betts I swear I won't. I stopped the bet before we...well slept together. I realised how much I really like you and stopped it and now I love you.. so.fucking.much"i whispered the last part looking down embarrassed.
I was embarrassed of myself.
Because the only thing I did since I talked to her in the library was hurting her..
"God I love you too jughead. Even after that. Even tho you are so stupid, I love you so fucking much. But why did you ever start the bet?" She asked a few tears rolling down her cheek
"I... I don't know.. I guess i thought it was funny" I answered even more embarrassed
"Funny.." she whispered looking away
"Betty who is chick?"I answered after 5 minutes silence.
She instantly turned to me with a confused face
"You uh you talked about him when I found you" I said
"He's not a important Person" she says looking away
"I don't believe you betty so tell me the truth" I said sitting down on the bed
"He was my first boyfriend and well I really liked him maybe even loved him... I'm not sure but well one day I found him making out with the school bitch. He didn't let me break up with him and well he was really abusive since then.." she said looking at me again with glassy eyes.
Anger ran through my veins and I wanted to punch that asshole for what he did to her
"Did he ever..." I didn't spoke this word because I didn't want to imagine a guy doing that to her
"No no of course not. He was an awful human being but he never tried to rape me" she said and I let out a relieved breath
"Oh thank God" I whispered and then we just stared at each other.
We started to lean in but suddenly the door opened
"Oh miss Cooper you are awake"the doctor said closing the door
"How are you feeling?" She asked smiling
"Okay I guess I don't know why but well my stomach hurts" betty answered
"Well we have a explanation to that... you are pregnant miss Cooper" the doctor said and my eyes widened
"Pregnant?!?!" Betty almost yelled.
The doctor nodded and betty looked up at me
"You are her boyfriend right?" The doctor asked and before I could answer betty said yes, it shocked me a bit but I didn't say anything
"And you are also the father then right??"
"Ofcourse I am. Betty would never cheat on me" I said a little offended that the doctor thought she would do something like that
"Im sorry I didn't want to offend you. Well anyways do you have any questions?? About the pregnancy or anything else?" The doctor asked and betty just asked when we can go.
Well we could go instantly so we went back to the Collage.
"Why did you say I'm your boyfriend??" I asked curious because this was the only thing that was in my mind at the moment
"Because you are" she said smiling and taking my hand
But I pulled away
"I-im sorry I thought you would like to be together but well no I uh yeah I'm sorry" she said looking down
"God no Betts of course I want to be together with you. But you removed your bandages and I didn't want to hurt you since your.. Well cuts on your palms are new" I said holding her wrist so I won't hurt her
She looked up at me and smiled.
"So do you forgive me and want to be my Girlfriend betty Cooper?" I asked smiling
"I would love to be your girlfriend juggie. But I swear I won't be that nice when you hurt me again" she said
"I don't even know why I deserve your forgiveness now" I said shrugging
"You don't. But I love you so I'll forgive you" she answered wrapping her arms around my neck
"I love you too and thank you so much. I won't hurt you ever again" I said before I have her a long passionate kiss
"You better won't because you are stuck with me and this little nugget In here for the rest of your life " she giggled pointing to her stomach
"I'll gladly stuck with you both" I said before colliding our lips again
