: over a lie that will burden mankind

heaven isn't as good as they describe it, child. for its blinding light courses you through ignorance and holiness that one cannot see. he, the lord of abraham and the god of moses, sits atop a throne of purity and foolery. (son of mine don't downcast my glory!)

the angels sing before him, covering their face and feet for the lord is holy. they pray and worship day after day, night after night, just like the poor people pray for wealth and the wealthy pray for happiness.

children read measly stories of the holy trinity, the father, son, and holy spirit, the false hope trickles down into their minds to give them false admiration to the holy father. (they pray to see another day!)

the angel that guards children in their nightmares and living monsters never went back to heaven, you see, he killed a child, don't you know? his pearl white wings turned brittle and dark, making him unable to fly back to his home in the clouds. he fell and fell till his back hit the ground.

(i condemn you to hell, oh angel of mine! for you broke a commandment, i forbid you from entering the heavens again for your sin.)

oh but little did he know that lucifer was near, he observed from afar the act of murder and his damnation.

oh dearest angel, mustn't you go back to that old fool?
forgive me lord of sin, for i cannot return.
and what have you done to deserve such fate?
the murder of a child.
ah, a sinning angel, angels are not welcomed with open arms here in hell.
i understand, lord, what must i do?
love the lord of sin, for i deserve love too.

and so love is what he received, a love in hues of blue and red, a love filled with distrust and power.

(redemption is the key to heaven, but fools with sin may never enter my realm. the innocent become sinners!)
