The Girl Behind the Camera//Zach Herron

Ch 1

Karissa's pov
While growing up I always had a passion for photography. I got my first camera when I was 2. It was a Barbie one that I had up until I was 10 when my parents bought me my first real camera. I remember everything that happened that day. Even the reason why I got that camera but that is a story for a different time.

I live with my aunt. Her name is Virginia but we all call by her nickname leelee. She is a model and an actress. She is basically my mom I have lived with her since I was 11. Her girlfriend Nikki works at a nursing home.

I do photoshoots for a lot of people including my aunt. I actually work for her modeling agency even though I am only 14. Most 14 year olds are to focused on boys or school but I am not. I focus on my job and I slightly focus on school but I do online so I can literally do it whenever I want.

Leelee: hey karissa breakfast is ready
Me: coming

I went downstairs and sat down then leelee handed me  a plate of eggs and bacon.

After I ate I went upstairs to change.
Me: do I have a shoot today leelee.
Leelee:yeah for a boy band
Me: ok

I got dressed in a sheer croptop with a black tube top under it. I also wore black shorts with my Gucci belt.

I grabbed my camera then put on some booties and went to the car while I waited for leelee and Nikki. We drove to the place we always met up for photoshoots and I met up with a group of 5 boys.
Me: hey guys so I am Karissa
Boy 1: I'm Jonah
Boy 2: I'm Corbyn
Boy 3: I'm Daniel
Boy 4: I'm jack
Boy 5: I'm zach
Me: nice to meet you guys now let's get on with the photoshoots.
Zach: ok

I started taking some pictures but then there was one where they just couldn't get the correct pose so I went and positioned all of them. When I went to move Zach's arm I looked at him and started getting lost in his eyes. I had to shake my head to get myself outta that trance I didn't know I would get pulled into.

I continued taking pictures and after I was done we talked for awhile.
Me: hey so would it be ok if I posted some of the pics on my insta for promo
Zach:I'm ok with that as long as the rest of them are
Jonah: that is fine
Daniel: yeah that is ok
Me: ok. I also need one of your guys numbers to contact you about the photos.
Zach: you can have mine
Jonah: or she can just contact David
Zach: no she can have mine.

He gave me his number and I put it in my pocket.
Me: ok. The pictures should be sent to you in 3-5 days.
Jonah: ok

They walked out and I went to talk to Nikki since leelee was in a photoshoot at the moment.
Me: hey Nikki
Nikki: hey karissa how was the shoot
Me: good turns out one of the boys were really cute.
Nikki: oh god not another of those cute boy rants like we had for Jonas
Me: first of all Jonas is a god. And second of all, this was different. Zach I don't know he like put me under some sort of spell.
Nikki: that is cute but you probably won't see him ever again.
Me: actually I got his number so we may meet up.
Nikki: wow
Me: what.
Nikki: nothing important
Me: ok when is leelee gonna be done.
Nikki: soon. Then we can go out to eat or something but you have like 8 more shoots today
Me: 8?!?
Nikki: yeah there was a bunch of last minute calls for photoshoots and one of the other photographers got sick.
Me: ok

I turned around and walked off. I sat at my desk and went through the pictures I took of the boys.

After about 5 minutes of going through pictures Leelee came to my desk
Leelee: you ready for lunch
Me: yeah let's go

We went to chipotle and at then we went back to work. I did the ready of the photoshoots and by time we were done it was almost 10 and I was tired.

When we got home I went to my room and put on a Calvin Klein sports bra and gray joggers

Hater I changed I went downstairs and got some food the I went back to my room.

After I went to my room I got on my computer and did school until I fell asleep.
