Chapter 9: Revenge

JIn's POV

Sal walked away, jumping into the shadows. Jin could tell darkness was about to overtake him, but with every last strength and breath he had, he dragged his body towards the door, towards the light, so someone, anyone could see him. He managed to be under the light and with his last ounce of his energy he screamed with everything he had.

"Heellpppp...its him...someone catch him..." Jin managed to say before his eyes started to close and his voice started to fail him.

RM POV

RM heard the scream loud and clear, because he was himself not sleep. His heart started racing and he ran out of his room barefoot. What he saw made him want to run back into his room and cower under the sheets, but he willed his feet to move and his mind to acknowledge. 

Jin Hyung was lying near the slightly open door, under the porch light, with a red pool of blood that seemed to be getting larger by the minute. 

"Help! HELP !" RM screamed at the top of his lungs as he ran and pretty much fell near Jin. RM's mind was not working, he did not expect this, he did not even imagine a scenario like this. He was so frantic that he wanted to tear his hair out of scalp. Was it not enough you hurt one of us, now you hurt another?  RM felt himself thinking and cried at how useless and helpless he was to protect his own members. 

Thankfully Jin's scream brought the guards too, who had jumped into action already by calling the ambulance and looking for Sal, who had not managed to get far, but from the looks of his reaction, it seemed he had not expected to get out and he did not care.

Yoongi's POV

The guards quickly offered first aid to Jin, waiting for the ambulance to arrive. All the members were awake because of the chaos. RM froze, but Yoongi was not and he knew RM could not handle it right now so he took charge and quickly told Jhope to keep the Maknae line in the room and not let them come out. He knew, if Tae saw this, it would make it ten times worse, he could barely look at Jin right now, his roomate, his friend who was always there, smiling, laughing. Now, he just laid there, shirt drenched in blood, face pale. Yoongi himself started crying as he comforted RM.

Shit ! Shit! SHIT!

Yoongi kept repeating, angry at himself, angry at the guards, angry at the freaking world to let Tae and Jin get hurt!

He kept holding onto RM, rocking them both gently. The ambulance came and carefully took Jin. Seijn, their manager, had come and he rode with Jin. Yoongi wanted to, but to be honest, he knew that he was not in his right mind to be able to help Jin and he would break if he saw closely how hurt Jin was. RM was protesting but Yoongi diverted his attention to the members locked in the room, who were clearly getting agitated as loud voices could be heard.

Managers calmed RM and Yoongi down, while trying to do the same to members in the room, but RM knew that members needed him, needed them to explain and help them understand. Picking himself up, with Yoongi's help, they both made their way into the room.

"We will explain in the car...we need to go to the hospital right now...Jin hyung...he is hurt..." RM said, trying to make his voice not stutter. 

His tear streaked face and sorrowful eyes immediately quieted down everyone. Even Yoongi looked extremely distraught and on the edge so the youngers did not want to push it, and beside, Jin hyung came first.

Jungkook quickly looked at Taehyung, tears were rolling down his face silently as he got up with Jimin's help. Without a single word Tae got into the car and small sobs could be heard. He was breaking again, and everyone could feel it, but then again, all of them were at the breaking point. 

"Jin Hyung is going to be okay....he is strong remember...and he,...he will be fine!" RM said, faking confidence to the point that everyone believed him, everyone except Yoongi, who had seen the condition Jin was in, had seen the blood, had seen his pale face.

Tears welled up in Yoongi's eyes and he quickly wiped them away, but more fell in their place and a single thought stuck with all of them

Why did this have to happen?
