(3 days later)
It's Friday and the party is tonight.
I'm heading toward my last class when someone starts walking right next to me. It was Jake.
"You still coming to the party?" Jake asks me when I look up at him.
"Yeah," I say smiling.
"Ok see you there," he says then turns around walking back in the opposite direction.
After I finish my last class in this death hole I go find Tessa.
"Hey T I'll meet you at my house," I tell Tessa.
"Ok I'll be right behind you," Tessa says getting into her car. We go to all the party's in the town so Tessa and I make it a tradition to get ready at my house the night of the party.
It's a pool party so after I take a shower I put on my red and black bikini. Schools out in a week so its nice outside. I then put on black high waisted jean shorts, with a pink cream colored, short sleeved, top. "Damn T you look hot!" I tell Tessa when I walk out of the bathroom. Tessa has her blue and white bikini under light blue, high-waisted, jean shorts, with a maroon colored long sleeve shirt. "Awe thanks E, but look at you!" Tessa says. We always hype each other up. It's what bestfriends do🤷🏽‍♀️ .
As we roll up to the party I already see drunk people stumbling around in the front. I drink but I know how to control my liquor... unlike these people. I get out of the car and go inside and the first person I see is Evan.
"Hey babe," he says while grabbing me by my waist and starts to making out with me. Right away I could taste the alcohol.
"Get the fuck off me Evan, I'm tired of you getting drunk like this at every party. The party started 20 minutes ago and your already like this," I yell over the music. Every party we go to he gets drunk and that leaves me to babysit him until I don't care anymore and do my own thing. That's not happening tonight. I just got here and he can figure it out his own damn self. "Let's go," Tessa says pulling me away from Evan. We walk up to Logan, Tristan and Jake. Tessa likes Tristan and she knows I think Jake is cute.
Nobody knows that besides Lo and Tessa. Lo didn't come tonight because her and her sister are doing somethjng.
I all of a sudden feel a hand roughly placed on my shoulder.
