100 Days of Anime Challenge

Day 2

Day 02: Favorite Anime you've watched so far

That is a really hard question...
There are many good anime and I love almost every anime I've watched.
Like there is Fairy Tail and Black Butler...

But I think there are two anime which really cought my attention.
So if I had to choose it would be either

Diabolik Lovers

or

Uta no Prince-sama

These two are my favorite anime and I can't choose between them. They are my life >~<

Diabolik Lovers:
Diabolik Lovers is about a girl who was send to live with six brothers by her father. But as soon she arrived she finds out that those six Sakamaki brothers (Sakamaki is their surname) are vampires and that she was actually send to become their sacrificial bride a.k.a blood bank.
Yui (the heroine) tries to escape but with no success. She finds the diary of her father and is shocked by the fact that she is adopted. Soon she sees a mysterious women and her heart startes to hurt.
Later on she will find out who that women is and what is has to do with the Sakamaki brothers...

I loved this anime! I loved the characters like every single brother had his own story which made me feel sad and which explained why they acted perverted, like a psychopath etc. The heroine was really clumsy and I didn't really like her but she has her own important role in the story.
I loved the mysterious vibes I got with the background music and I got chills as I watched it. When I first saw it I was really tense and was waiting everytime that sth would happen😅

This anime has two seasons (I wait for the third seasons for years now)
and is originally a PS Vita game.
The game has much more stories and character songs....but it's in japanese T_T
I didn't find an english version yet but I wouldn't be able to buy it because I don't have a PS Vita and my parents won't allow to buy a PS Vita for only one game😅
But! It is a very good story and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do

Uta no Prince-sama:
Haruka Nanami wants to be a composer (until now I don't know which is her first name and what her surname. I know characters which first name is Haruka and with the first name Nanami. In japanese you always say the surname first but some translaters switch it back e.g Sakamaki Ayato. That is his original name. But translatera switch it to Ayato Sakamaki because we are familiar with this order. Ayato is his first name and Sakamaki his surname. So I don't know if Haruka is her first or surname :( sorry for the long irrelevant speech😅😅😅). As soon as she enters the school for composer and idols she gets into trouble by her classmates because she can't read the sheets. It is rumored that she cheated. But she studies really hard and learns it to follow her dreams. She starts to write music with the help of the new friends she makes. The six boys each want to pair up with her in a team of two for their debut. The rules say that a composer-student needs to partner up with a idol-student. Haruka needs to decide between her now best friends...

First of all... I love this amazing music they make in the anime. It has four seasons and I love almost every single song they've sung in all seasons.
Why do those boys sing so good that my heart hurts😭😭😭❤
I know that some people critisize the anime because of the story. And I also agree that the music is much more amazing that the story but it makes sense with this story. I mean it would be more boring if the story would be like "Yeah. Here are six boys. A girl. They are idols. She is a composer...MAKE MUSIC!" idk. Don't hate me😅
Everyone has their opinion and I think this anime is good as it is.
And of course the music comes off stronger than the stories because...have you listened to the songs? They are amazing. Angel-like😍

Okay my friends laughed because it was a bit mawkish (strange word... Germans it means "kitschig". No offense english-speakers!) because of all the glitter and things in the first episode where Haruka saw Tokiya singing...Now three years later I found out that this has an explanation. Haruka has some sort of an illness where she sees things like that. They are not actually like that but she sees it like that (sorry I forgot the name and the details...clumsy me 😅😅)
But I recommend it although some people I know don't like it. I thought it was very popular (and I think it is the most popular singing anime) but I was surprised by the fact that almost none of my friends (even internet friends) didn't know it. Even the hardcore otakus😱
I hope it gets more recognition.
It celebrated it's 7th anniversary🤩
A movie is planned and next to the PS Vita games it now exist a mobile game you can download for free!!🤗😍

I really recommend both of the anime and please give them a chance🤗🙇‍♀️
