There are waaaaayy too many.... Hmmm... I think I will choose my favorite couples which are not from anime like SAO or Naruto or other popular anime. Not that the anime the couples are from are not popular. I think they are just not that well known.
So I decided that my favorite couples are...

They are just so darn cuuuuteeee. I love Izumi's eyes😍 they are so god-like😍😍😍😍💕💕💕 And his brother is so adorable too😂❤ I really like this anime because of the awesome animation and it's really cute story. Izumi was forced to dress up as a girl and Ryouma instantly fell in love with him. But Ryouma didn't know that Izumi was actually a girl. When he found out he was really disgusted and broke Izumi's heart. But as time flew by, Ryouma couldn't forget about Izumi and followed him. He won't let go of Izumi as long as Izumi will accept his feelings....
I really hoped that everything will turn out well between them and their scenes were just too cute >\\\\< I even watched it with my best friend and she said it was cute too😊😊😊❤ I was afraid she would laugh me out or would be either disgusted of me for liking this or would not like it (which wouldn't be bad because everyone has their own opinion but I just wanted to share a thing we both liked) It was really funny but emotional too😣💕 I think it would be worth your time☺
My second favorite couple is
Miyamura Izumi and Hori Kyoko from Horimiya
I think this is my all time favorite manga. I know this is a manga and the question was about my favorite anime couple but I heard there is an anime adaption so...😉 The story and the art are awesome. The characters are so well made and I would find myself reading this non-stop. This manga deals with the loves of Hori Kyouko and Miyamura Izumi. Kyouko and Izumi were just classmates and never had to do anything with each other until Izumi showed up at Kyouko's house Izumi was the outcast and many avoided him because of his piercings and his weird outward appearance. But they started to become friends and maybe more...
I really enjoyed this manga. I recommend it to everyone with a shoujo heart🤗💕💕 I mean
