dness, my sadness, my acerbity and sincerity;

You are purer to me than a million smiles and glories,

And dearer to my feeling than all emperor’s conquests.

Sadness, my sadness, weird awareness and light,

Through you I know I am excitable and fit for joy,

And not to be held by witherable merits and benefits.

And in you I boast a brave Samaformist

And spirituality from being snared by tears.

Sadness, my sadness, my efficient gun and bomb,

In your tragic doom

I boast a statelier boom,

Knowing the exclusion of inclusion

Feeling the illusion of exhilaration

Seeing the limitation of felicitation.

Sadness, my sadness,

You who prefer living well to fearing death

You are the tonic of my soul’s depth

And water that quenches my ethical thirst from hell

My misconceived missives

My hope-upon joker that flickers with pure plunder

Sadness, my sadness

You shall mix my blood with hot tears that gloriously stir,

You shall give me the freedom no worry a second stairs,

And lose me to a sphere unique and spiritual

And open my spirit to what no pleasure wickedly forbids

In reasoned mirror telling our world’s errors

And then heighten all Lilliputian truths to the realm of proofs

And slaughter the musters of absolute fallacies.

Sadness, my sadness,

The bitterness I abhor with unjust innateness

Now come to me, lovely sadness,

You and I shall be married in feast and dance

And our mystical matrimony

Shall mock life’s little means

And shall rectify earth’s countless abuses

Oh sadness, I do truly love you!
