The next day (y/n) woke up with a start, still in Nat's arms. She forgot that she had work. She quickly looked around for a clock and when she found one she sighed in relief. It was only 6:00am. That left her with an hour to get ready and just enough time to run over to the store before she would be pronounced late. She quietly sat up in the bed, slowly moving Nat's arms off of her to make sure she doesn't wake up. Then, as silently as possible, she quickly got dressed in the dress that she was wearing the night before, wrote a note of thanks to Natasha for the amazing dinner and events that occurred afterward, and she also wrote that she'll see her later. When that was done, she quickly left the apartment, called a taxi, and went home. When Natasha woke up she was surprised to see that she was alone. She looked around and saw a note on the nightstand. She smiled but was slightly upset that (y/n) had to leave so soon. But all she could do was get ready and see what missions Fury had for her to complete. All day she couldn't stop thinking about her night with (y/n). For once, she couldn't wait for her missions to be over so that she could go visit (y/n) at her work. Meanwhile, (y/n) was trying her best to focus on her job. She kept daydreaming about Nat and her coworkers kept saying that her eyes went out of focus half the day. She was waiting for Nat to come to the store to see her, and as the hours passed by she was growing a bit impatient. Knowing that Nat might be working too, she tried to calm her nerves as the day went by. Finally, she saw Nat walk into the store. (Y/n) decided to get revenge for the day before and she quietly walked behind Natasha. But things didn't go as planned because as (y/n) was reaching out to grab Natasha's shoulders Nat swung around, grabbed (y/n)'s hips, and kissed her. (Y/n) was surprised but she kissed back. After a few moments they leaned back. "That's what you get for trying to scare a Shield agent," said Nat while smirking. (Y/n) smiled. "That was a surprise," she said. "I wasn't expecting that. I guess I have a lot to learn about you, Natasha." "Well," Nat responded, "if you are willing to become my girlfriend then there's a chance that you will be able to learn a lot of new things about me." "If it means learning more about you then I will gladly become your girlfriend," (y/n) said. Natasha gave (y/n) a quick peck on the lips before one of the employees called out. "(Y/n) I'm going to start closing up! Are you leaving?" "Yeah I'm leaving," (y/n) replied before leading Natasha to her office. (Y/n) grabbed her clothes and turned toward Natasha. "I'm going to change real quick. Then we can do whatever." Nat nodded and watched (y/n) head to the changing rooms. Natasha smirked before slipping out of the room and quietly entering the room (y/n) was in. Natasha saw that (y/n) was halfway out of her shirt. She crept up behind (y/n) and then began tickling her sides. (Y/n) jumped and whipped around to face her attacker. Her heart was beating so fast from shock and fear before she saw that it was only Nat. She let out a sigh of relief as she tried calming herself down. "Nat, you are no good for my heart." Said (y/n) with a giggle before turning around. "Now go. I'll be done shortly." Before Nat left the changing room she quickly slapped (y/n)'s ass and bolted out. (Y/n) smiled before she finished changing out of her work clothes. She left the changing room to see Nat leaning against the wall. "Ready?" Nat asked. "Yeah," (y/n) replied. "Let's go." The two women said goodnight to (y/n)'s coworker as they headed out. Instead of calling a taxi, they decided that a long walk together would be nice. There was a warm night breeze and the rushing of city life still so late at night was relaxing. They weaved their way around crowds of people rushing to different places all while walking at a comfortable pace, enjoying all of the city lights around them. They went into a cute little restaurant and sat down in a booth. After ordering their food they talked about their day. "...and then I caught the guy before he could do any damage," said Nat, finishing her story. (Y/n) looked at her with amazement in her eyes. "That's so dangerous. I can't believe how cool my girlfriend is." Natasha smiled and reached for (y/n)'s hand. "This is only the beginning, my love." (Y/n) blushed and was about to reply when the waiter came with their food. They thanked the waiter, and started eating. "Wow. This food is amazing," (y/n) said. Nat chuckled. "Yeah," she said. "Shawarma has been my number one go to when I'm out late and need to grab a bite to eat. It's good for after you defeat some bad guys cuz it's easy to eat. So you can relax while eating it." (Y/n) nodded as they continued chowing down on their amazing dinner. They quickly finished their food and Natasha paid the bill. Nat slowly walked (y/n) to her apartment so she could stay with (y/n) as long as possible. Once they got to the apartment (y/n) opened the door and turned towards Nat. "You can stay the night, if you want." "Of course I'll stay," Nat replies smiling. The two lovebirds got ready for bed. (Y/n) lent Nat a pair of pajamas to wear for the night, and (y/n) couldn't help but smile at Nat's cuteness in the fluffy pink pajamas. It goes well with her hair, she thought. They both got into bed with Nat taking the dominant role and holding (y/n) in her arms. Nat kissed (y/n)'s head and said, "goodnight, honey." "Goodnight," (y/n) replied. Within minutes, the pair were sleeping soundly in each other's arms.
