Forget the Past ~Skylox~

Part one

~~~sky pov~~

I was out mining, I could hear it start raining so I decided to just stay in my little cave until it died down.  I then saw someone run by I stepped out of my cave to see him stopped with his hands on his knees panting and out of breath

"Are you alright?" I asked and he jumped and shot around. He looked like he had been out here running for a long time. He had longish brown hair that was soaked from the water but still covered one eye, the other eye was bloodshot, he looked as though he had not gotten any sleep in a long time. His clothing was covered in mud and there seemed to be a cut on his arm, the crimson mixing with the mud to create a auburn color. He wanted to run I could tell but his legs didn't allow him, he was shaking and not just from the cold rain falling down on him

~~Deadlox pov~~

As I ran I could feel the pain in my legs grow it was almost unbearable I soon stopped to take a quick breath and allow my legs the short relief from stopping but soon regretted it when I heard someone ask "Are you alright?" I turned around facing the stranger I wanted to run but my legs refused

  "My name is sky, whats yours?" the man now known as sky questioned.

I didn't know what to do I felt compelled to answer but at the same time I just wanted to run. After a moment of silence i finally spoke. "I'm Deadlox."

"Are you alright Deadlox?" He asked again

"Y-yeah" I stuttered out lying to him.

"Are you headed somewhere?"

this time I answer more honestly "No where in particular, just away."

"Away from what?" He asked

"My past" was the only answer i could bring myself to give.
