Zykel's POV

"Hello sexy" I heard my sister said when she opened the door. I didn't hear anyone knocked tho.

"Who's at the door?" I asked making my way to the door that Maze held open. That's when I saw a girl, she was pretty, like damn! I'm not that kind of guy who would be committed in a relationship but she's different. I'll totally bang her tho and see where that leads us, might as well give it a chance if she was interested in me.

I walked closer to the door and I noticed that the pretty stranger was holding a plate of cookies.

"Hi! My name's Ava, Ava Miller. We just moved here and I just thought I could meet some of my neighbours." She introduced herself to both of us. I took a quick glance at my sister and she's been eye fucking the girl named Ava. I snapped my fingers in front of her face and she just smiled shyly at me. I smirked at her and sent her a telepathic message "Fuck off sis, don't even try, she's mine." I saw my sister scowled at me but I ignored her. "We'll see about that." she replied.

Challenge accepted then. I thought to myself.

"Excuse me but are you guys okay?" Ava asked. I didn't even realize that me and my sister were giving each other death glares as we exchange curse words through telepathic messages.

Maze was the first to break the glare and smiled sweetly to Ava.

"Yes we're fine and my name's Maze and this is my --" I cut her off.

"I can introduce myself" Maze just rolled her eyes. "My name's Zykel, and Maze is my best friend but we live together because we're really close since we were kids and most of the time both our parents are away for business trips so we decided to get our own house and be each other's company." I continued. We never let people know that Maze and I are related because we don't look the same like none of our facial features are in any way similar. And we dont like people asking a lot of questions about us.

She held out her hand for me to shake but instead of shaking I grabbed it and kissed the back of her hand softly. One point for Zykel, Maze zero. I smiled.

Maze cleared her throat before speaking "That's enough lover boy."

Ava just giggled at both of us.

"Is that cookie for us?" Maze asked.

"Of course it's for us you dipshit." I replied while looking at Ava for confirmation. Maze playfully punched my arm for calling her a dipshit. Ava just laughed at us, I think she finds Maze and I's friendship amusing.

"You guys are so adorable and yes this plate of homemade cookies is for you." She handed us the plate and I gladly took it and thanked her. My phone started buzzing so I excused myself from them as I walk out to put the cookies on the countertop but of course before I answer the phone I just have to send my sister another telepathic message telling her she better not be making any moves on Ava.

Maze's POV

"Don't even try making your moves on her asshole." Zykel warned, his voice ringing in my head while he was retreating to answer a phone call probably from one of her clingy bitches. I shake my head from the thought of it. She wants to add Ava to his list of bitches but this girl standing in front of me should not be in anyway treated like that. I'm definitely winning her heart and treat her the way she deserves. I mean yes I'm the devil's daughter but doesn't mean I dont know how to love. I'm a badass, do a lot of shit both in hell and Earth but I still know how to love.

"Would you like to come in? You've been standing in the cold night for 10 minutes now. Let me make you some hot choco for the cookies you brought us." I invited her.

"It's fine Maze. I have to go back home anyway but thank you for the offer." She said smiling at me.

"Well I'm heading out anyway, going to this party. It's a tradition, school just started Monday so when Friday comes during the first week of school one of the students at school throws a house party. Maybe you would like to come with me?" I asked hoping she would say yes.

"What school is it?" she asked.

"Richmonde Valley High School"

"Cool. That's where I'm going and I'm starting next week. Sure I would love to go and maybe meet people and make friends with." She sounded very excited about it so was I. I wasn't really in the mood earlier but my best friend force me to go but now I have a reason to really be in the mood to party because of Ava.

"Awesome, well I'm driving us there. Would you like to let your parents know?" I asked hoping I could meet her parents.

"They're not here unfortunately, they went out on a date. Told me they'll be back by 1 in the morning so it's cool. I'll just text them." She pulled out her phone and started typing probably texting her parents she met her hot neighbour and that she's going to a party to meet people from school. I smiled to myself. Yea I'm that hot neighbour.

"Alright we're good let's head out." She announced.

"Zykel I'm leaving, Ava and I are going to the annual party." I shouted to Zykel, I couldn't see his figure in the room so I he must be upstairs but I'm pretty sure he heard me because I heard his voice in my head "Fuck you Maze".
