Chapter 2

     "Ah (y/n), just the person I wanted to see," Sensei Wu said finding the girl just now getting back from an assignment. Confuse by her sensei's words she follows behind him as they make it to the den where the others were and a guest apparently was waiting to meet her. Zane was the first to notice the girl's presence and only smile at her with a wave.

   "Where did you go (y/n)? You just suddenly left and sense didn't give us an explanation" Zane ask as the girl glances at her teacher who was only enjoying his tea. She explained that Wu sent her to the tea shop to retrieve more tea for him and it only took over a week to get there and back.

    "Well now continuing, our guest must be introduced. (y/n) this is Lloyd Garmadon my nephew and son of my brother. Lloyd this is (y/n), the (f/c) ninja" Wu interjects introducing the young boy. He seems to be around 10 or 11 with blond hair styled into a bowl haircut. His green eyes stood out the most as (y/n) looks at him in slight confusion. How is Garmadon even married, she thought but said nothing out loud.

   The boy was facing his uncle's first student (after Morro) and words couldn't describe how he saw her. She was something out of a comic book, is the beautiful superhero who knew how to defeat bad guys without a man saving her. However, keeping a glare on his face looking at the girl in a way to hide his growing blush in the presence of the girl. (y/n) not noticing his blush only smiles even if he was glaring daggers at her.

   Going down on her knee she looks at him at eye level with only a smile on her face. She held her hand out to him as to shake it. "Well, Lloyd I hope we can get along. You can count on me if you need any help" (y/n) said with her calm aura and smile. Now really showing his blush his eyes were filled with curiosity and something as a glint in his eyes. Lloyd shakes her hand with a small smile of his own.

   "Hey (N/n) can we please go to the city" Lloyd ask toward the older girl who was reading. It had been over two months since Lloyd had joined the ninja and yet he spends most of his time with this girl as she was the only one giving him the attention he wanted. "Please...(y/n) I've been wanting to get out of here for the longest time."

   "Why don't you go with the brothers or Nya? I don't see you spend time with them" (y/n) said looking up from her book with a quirked eyebrow. Lloyd was still smiling as it never faltered, he will win and he knows her weakness to children.

   "But they are always busy and I want to spend time with you no matter what. So please can we go together" Lloyd said with a stare of desperation. (y/n) quickly looks away from the face as it was in her line of vision. She will not be tempted by the boy but the urge to glance was hard to resist. Slowly without thinking she then turns to see big green puppy dog eyes looking up at her.

   "F-Fine you win...." (y/n) grumble looking down in defeat and Lloyd as grinning brightly knowing he actually won. Getting up she goes to get changed into something comfortable and accompanied Lloyd out into the city.

   "Smile (y/n) this is a date! I can't have my date not smiling I would be a bad person" Lloyd said holding hands with the girl. Noticing that she felt guilty for making Lloyd feel bad for bringing her out. She wouldn't want him to feel bad so she pulls his hand closer and tighter, he was surprised by the sudden affection.
