9. A person/character you want on the cover. (Age please) (optional)
10. Pen name
11. Certain Aesthetic (optional)
12. Other information that you feel would be necessary for the making of you cover.
I would like to notify you about a rule that I am quite strict about. If the cover isn't used in 5 days, I will be giving it to someone else. Don't test me with this, I put a lot of effort into these covers and I don't want to see them go to waste.
