You all have no idea how excited I was to write this!
I will put in as much detail as possible.
***
Today, I was going to be guest on the show, Hello Counselor.
Along with Mino from WINNER.
I was excited because I had been watching the show since I became a trainee.
Jisoo and I would watch it together since that was really the only we had in common at the time.
Jimin had went on the show with Namjoon a year ago and said he had enjoyed it.
I had never dreamed of being on the show.
But I guess being famous has its perks.

We had settled down.
I sat down next to Mino, and we took our shoes off.
I had a pillow place over my legs and my legs straightened since I was wearing a skirt.
"We're on in 10 seconds!" A crew member yelled.
Stylist finished straightening us up and quickly left before cameras started rolling.
"We're on!" A crew member yelled.
"Hello and welcome to,"Hello Counselor!" Dong-yup said.
"Today we have our special guest! Please introduce yourselves!" He said.
I went first of course.
"Hello, I am Gi Gi of BTS!" I said and blew kisses.
"And I'm Mino of WINNER!" Mino said making a W and M with his hands.
"Ok now, Gi Gi, We recently heard that you and Vernon had broken up. How are you feeling now?" Young-ja asked.
I held my head down slightly as I frowned a little.
"Well, it still bugs me to this day that it could've been prevented. That is what I get for 1, cheating and 2, trying to be different. I feel sad at times but Vernon did the right thing by breaking up with me," I said.
The audience awed.
"Yes, it can be hard. Its the same when me and my wife fight. She wants to break up with me but then realizes she can't because we're married," Dong-yup said.
Everyone laughed.
"Now, Mino. WINNER had released a new album called, Mystery Man. Could you please tell us what the meaning is?" Dong-yup said.
"So, Mystery Man, is about 4 mysterious guys that this girl is falling for, which is us obviously. Each of them sing their own songs. And by the end of it all she is supposed to pick who she wants to be her lover," Mino explained.
I had to admit that the concept of the album had a lot of meaning.
"Now, let's get started with our first one. This is a daughter who says her parents overwork her too much," Dong-yup said. (I didn't know what to call it.)
"Life Is Resorting Back to Slavery," Dong-yup read.
"Hello, I am a girl in middle school who helps her parents with their famous restaurant in Seoul. Everything is fine there but when it gets to home, I am forced to study until midnight. This puts a dent in my sleep schedule and sometimes makes me late for school. Not to mention, I must do everything in my house for my parents. My dad is home most of the time but he's a couch potato. When my mom comes home she doesn't bother to help with anything. "Min-seo go sweep around the restaurant!" "Min-seo, please grab me a soda!" "Why are you failing!? Study Min-seo!" I am really tired and I just want my parents to stop overworking me or at least help me out a little," Dong-yup read.
The audience clapped.
"We've had many of these, but this one sounds a bit too intense," Young-ja said.
This situation sounded all alike mine.
"Yes, it was the same with my parents. They pressured me to do better and it tired me out and I got sick of it," I said.
"I agree, I have had a past life like that before," Tae-Gyun said.
"Let's bring her out! Lee Min-seo!" Dong-yup said.
The girl appeared at the top of the slide and slid down.
She was wearing jeans, a pink shirt and white shoes. It was a similar outfit to mine.
She took her shoes off and plopped down in between Young-ja and I.
"Hello, Min-seo. So, how old are you, exactly?" Dong-yup asked.
"I am 13. I am in the 8th grade and I go to Jamsil Middle School," Min-seo said.
"Oh, I've heard good things about that school," Tae Gyun said.
"So, Min-seo, tell us about your parents," Young-ja said.
"My father is the main one her runs our restaurant. He works most of the day, but when I come back from school he drops everything and basically lets me run the restaurant," Min-seo explained.
"Ahh, that's horrible. Its sounds like he deliberately waits until the end of the day just fir you," Dong-yup added.
Mino and I nodded in agreement.
"What about your mother?" Young-ja asked.
"My mom works part-time at a nail salon. But she barely helps with the restaurant when she gets off work. Together, both of my parents are just lazy people who don't want to work or help out," Min-seo said.
"Wow. It sounds like you run the whole restaurant," Tae Gyun said.
I nodded.
"Well, we can talk to your parents about it here," Dong-yup said.
Lights come on and her mother and father appear.
"Hello," They both say as they wave.
"Hello. How long have you two owned your restaurant?" Dong-yup asked.
"We have owned our restaurant 2 years before Min-seo was born," Her mother said.
"Wow, almost 15 years," I said.
They nodded.
"So, we understand that Mr.Lee is the main one who runs the restaurant. Why do you just hand it off to your daughter when she comes back from a long day of school?" Tae Gyun said.
"I'm working most of the time from 7 AM until 4 PM. I need a break," He answered.
"Yes, but understand, that she's only 13 she can't run a whole restaurant by herself. Do you ever ask her how her day has been?" Young-ja said.
"No, I don't," Her father answered.
"You should always ask a loved one how their day went because you never know when you might not see them again," I said.
Her father stayed silent.
"Now, Mom. You work part-time at a nail salon. Why don't you help out around the restaurant?" Dong-yup said.
"I work so hard at the nail salon that I'm so exhausted at the end of the day, I just want to come home and relax," Her mother said.
"You both need to understand that if you're going to run a business, a restaurant of course, that everyone needs to be involved. One person can't run it bu themselves. Not to mention she's still a child," Mino said.
The audience agreed.
Both of her parents stayed quiet.
"Now, you make her study for how long?" Young-ja asked.
"Uh, 4 hours at the least. Everyday," Her mother said.
"At the least!?" Tae Gyun said.
"What's the most?" Dong-yup asked.
"The most for her is 8 hours after school," Her mom said.
My mouth along with Mino's shot open in shock.
"Yet, you both wonder why she's failing. When you push her to an 8 hour limit after 9 hours of school you're tiring her out and asking for way too much. At this point, I would've ran from home," Young-ja said.
"We want her to succeed. She needs to be smart so she can become something big like them," Her father said pointing to Mino and I.
"Hey! I did not need to study 8 hours to be where I am now. I embraced what I wanted to do. Let her do the same. What do you want to do Min-seo?" I said.
"Mom and Dad... I want to be an actor. That's why I always try to watch TV while working. I want you both to stop overworking me. I need to focus on what I want to become," Min-seo said.
Her parents were silent.
"Ok," Her mother said.
"Alright, lets vote whether its a concern or not," Dong-yup said.
"I think its a concern. He parents seem way too out of it to listen to anyone," Dong-yup said.
"I think they could change. Therefore, its not a concern," Young-ja said.
"I believe that her parents will listen to her and they will agree with what she wants. Soon, I'll see her in the theaters. So, its not a concern," I said.
"I think its a concern. Her parents seem stubborn and only worried about what they want for their daughter and not what she wants," Tae Gyun said.
"I think they can change. I can see in the future a happy family who helps each other. Its not a concern.," Mino said.
"Please vote now!" Young-ja said.
The audience started pressing their buttons and the noises echoed throughout the studio.
"Would you like to say something to your daughter?" Dong-yup asked.
"Min-seo, I'm sorry I never helped you in the restaurant. It was very selfish of me and I promise to help out the most I can. You will also be limited to 2 hours of studying," Her mother said.
"I promise no matter how long I've worked at the restaurant, that I will never leave my position for anything. I'll help you even when you come home," Her father said.
"Let's see how many votes that got!" Young-ja said.
The last number was 8.
The middle number was 6.
The first number was 1.
"168! That's a good number," Dong-yup said.
"Mom and Dad, I just want to say that I hope we can change together as a family. I hope you will both support me in the future," Min-seo said.
Her parents nodded.
They all got up and left.
"We hope you both enjoyed being on the show today," Tae Gyun said.
Mino and I nodded.

Hope you enjoyed this chapter!
It took me two days to write but it was fun!
Thanks for reading!
