After the explosion, that basically destroyed the whole cargo ship, I was flung off the deck and into the deep blue, and for Oum knows how long, I washed up on the shores of Vale, and that is a long way from home...
(Ruby's POV)
My family and I were on our way to play at the beach, since it was mommy's day off, so we had decided to go to our favorite area of Signal. As soon as we got there, I laid my eyes upon a boy with tons of scars on his body, and he also had black stripes on his body, almost as if he was a real white tiger. When I went in for a closer look, it really was a white tiger faunus, and I've never heard of one of those. But then I noticed that he had passed out, so I called out to my family for help.
Ruby: "Mommy! Daddy! Yang! Come over here! Someone needs help!" As soon as they heard me, they looked at me and then to the boy before running to help him. My dad checked up on his scars while my mom was checking on his aura levels.
Taiyang: "No doubt about it, this kid has had it rough. I wonder where he's from though." Then, my mom's eyes in surprise.
Summer: "This is impossible, his aura levels are still so strong, at this point, it would've been nearly broken by now..." We all decided to just skip the trip to the beach and head back home to nurse the boy back to health.
(In a dream)(Y/N's POV)
I was still passed out, and I had no control of my body, and I can only see darkness ahead of me, and behind me too. However, a faint glimmer of light appeared right infront of me, and it was heading my way. As it got closer and closer towards me, I can slowly see what it was, and not long after, it was a majestic white tiger, but this one had F/N in replacement for the black stripes. It slowly crept up to me before it nuzzled against my leg. I chuckled and patted the beast before it walked a few feet away from me, suddenly, the whole world changed before my very eyes, a vast land of nothing but grass, trees, and a starry night. A hill, was seen just beyond the tiger, and the shattered moon was not shattered anymore. Afterwards, the tiger roared out it's loudest while also glowing a bright white and blueish glow, I covered my eyes from the light, and after a few seconds, the tiger had changed into a man that looked like a ninja.

???: "..." The figure was just looking at me with eyes of a hawk while he had crossed his arms.
Y/N: "I, um, h-hi...?" I was struggling to strike up a conversation with the man, but he just grunted before speaking.
???: "I have been expecting you, Y/N Belladonna..." I was shocked, not knowing that he knew my name.
???: "Step forth child." I did so before he disappeared to the top of the hill, that had a large apple tree.
???: "You are not yet able to train with me. When you have grown of age, we will meet again soon. For now, you shall know my name. I am the spirit of The Lost Beast, the beast that has protected Remnant for centuries, until the humans killed him and his kind off the face of the earth."
Y/N: "But, what does this have to do with me?"
???: "You are the last of my kind, and you will be the next bearer of the mantle of The Lost Beast." Just then, the world started to distort and disfigure, signalling him to leave me.
???: "It appears that you are waking up from your long slumber, I shall take my leave. Farewell, Y/N Belladonna, and may you find your way in this world of darkness." After that, I woke up.
(End of dream)
I slowly began to awaken from my slumber, and I saw that I was not on the ship, but I was in a small bedroom with two beds, one being red, and another, being the one I was sleeping on, was yellow. I sat up from bed, and I saw that my stomach and best area had been bandaged well. I then sat on the edge of the bed before a young girl with a long mane of yellow hair, entered the room. She saw me up from bed and she was blushing quite a bit, but I didn't know why though.
Yellow: "Oh, you're awake, great, mom and dad will be so glad to hear the news."
Y/N: "W-where am I...? Who are you...?"
Yang: "Oh, my name is Yang Xiao Long, c'mon, you gotta meet my family." As soon as she left the room, I did the same, but not after I took a glance at myself in the mirror. I had grown canines in my teeth, and my hair has grown even longer than the last time I've seen it. I then made my way down to the kitchen, where I saw six different people, all of them I can't describe properly.
Yang: "Say hello to my family, that there is Ruby and I's dad, Taiyang Xiao Long." She pointed to the blonde man washing the dishes, and he gave me a wave hello.
Yang: "That is Summer Rose, Ruby's mom, and my aunt." She pointed to the white hooded lady, who had red tips in her ebony hair.
Yang: "Then there is my mom, Raven Branwen." She pointed to the woman, who looked just like Yang, but she had black hair and red eyes, unlike Yang, who had lilac ones.
Yang: "There is Uncle Qrow, Ruby and I's uncle.." She pointed to the drunkard, sleeping on the couch, he looked a lot like Raven, and he was carrying his weapon from behind his red cape.
Yang: "Lastly, my little sister, Ruby Rose." She placed a hand on the little version of Summer Rose, but what astonished me the most was the fact that both her and Summer had silver eyes. After the introduction from Yang, I bowed.
Y/N: "It is nice to meet you all, my name is Y/N."
Summer: "Hello there my dear, if I may ask, what happened to you? Why were you washed up on the beach?" I took a heavy sigh before I had told them everything about my old family, all the abuse, all the pain, and all the insults they have thrown my way. When I had finished, they were all mixed up with emotions.
Taiyang: "Monsters...the lot of them...why would they do such a thing to their son..." He was about to punch a wall, but Summer had calmed him down quickly.
Qrow: "Hey kid, I think it would be the best thing to do if you could stay with us. You get to have a roof above your head, a bed to sleep on, and maybe some training under your belt. What'd ya say?" I did not hesitate to accept the offer, I could see their faces, and they were sincere. So, I took their invitation.
Y/N: "I will, I will stay with you." They were all happy to know that they have a young white tiger faunus as a part of their family.
Ruby: "Yay! I have a big brother!" They all laughed at Ruby's cute statement, and I just smiled, knowing that my life was getting better.
