The past week has been amazing for Kassidy. She kept hanging out with Luke, she got to know Erina a little better and her progress at work has improved. She felt like she had a new found sense of purpose again.

"I don't know why you turned that guy down, he was hot!" Erina giggles at Kassidy. "Not really my type, plus I'm kind of with someone, but not  really with him?" Kassidy admits, as they both sit down on the bar stools. "Ooh, who is it? Is it your hot boss?" Erina teases.

"No. And stop pushing me with him. His name is Luke, and he's like someone who stepped out of a Grease musical." Kassidy describes him. With his blond hair, white shirt and leather jacket. "That's hot. And what do you mean not really 'with' him?" Erina asks, ordering drinks for both of them.

"Well, we um, kissed, and ever since then, everything has been amazing with him. He just, he makes me so happy in a unique way." Kassidy says. It was true. Just the thought of him, made her happy. "Why does this sound like love?" Erina cocks an eyebrow.

"It's not. Well, not yet. I guess I'm just seeing where this goes. I don't want to rush things or scare the  guy." Kassidy says. Luke was one of the best things that ever happened to her in a while, she didn't want to jump into anything with him, yet.

"But there's something, isn't it?" Erina asks.

Kassidy blushes slightly, "I like him."

"Now," Erina grabs the drink and hands one to Kassidy. "We drink, cheers to a stressful but great week." Erina says as they clink their glasses together. "Cheers." Kassidy says as she sipped her drink whilst Erina chugged down hers.

"Don't judge me, I rarely get a day off." Erina says as she orders one more. "I'm not judging." Kassidy responds. "Good." Erina says as she chugs another one.

It was past midnight and Kassidy and Erina just got into their floor after a whole night of partying and drinking. "I haven't let loose like that since high school." Erina says, trying to maintain her balance as she gets of the elevator.

"Same." Kassidy says, forcing her eyes to stay open, as they both walk down the hall. "We should do this more often." Erina says, fishing the keys out of her purse. "Yeah, just next time, let's set up a date." Kassidy says, yawning.

"Did you just say date?" Erina furrows her brows. "Yeah, just so we can prepare you know." Kassidy says, her mind floating and with just the thought of wanting to pass out in her bed. "Huh." Erina suddenly felt sobered up, Kassidy's eyes shut as her body lunged forward to the ground with a thud.

"Good lord, Kass." Erina huffs as she tried to carry the brunette in her frail arms. "Okay, let's get you to your door." Erina says as they stop in front of Kassidy's apartment. "Where are your keys?" Erina asks.

"Purse." Kassidy mumbles, eyes still shut. With one hand, Erina managed to get a grip of her keys, and unlocking the door. They step inside as Erina set the keys down to a nearby table. "Let's get you to your room, yeah?" Erina says.

Kassidy just mumbled incoherently. Erina pushed open the door as she laid Kassidy down, resulting into her also laying down. She let out a heavy sigh. She turns to the girl beside her,  who was clearly passed out. "Oh, Kass."
