Okay so the intro basically set you up for what this is. Entries will be scattered as I will only write when it is safe. Right now, thankfully, is one of those times. I feel like someone needs to document what is happing and if that's me...
September 9th started like any other day. First day of senior year. I'm on top of the world but the world was about to come crashing down. I put on my school uniform and gave the plaid skirt the necessary three rolls to shorten the length. Grabbed a ride from my parents... who I didn't even kiss goodbye... and now...
ANYWAY. I met up with my friends London, Christian and KY. The day flew by. Basic school shit. Introducing ourselves to the same groups of people every period. Half those people are dead now so who even gives a da.....
We met up with our friend Jule, aka "danger", nothing dangerous about this girl I tell ya. If you ever meet her don't tell her I said that. Day goes on we link up with a couple more people Sasha and Manuella. We decided to eat lunch in the hallway to avoid the crowds and the squealing freshmen. The hall was our spot when common areas were bombarded. We hadn't been seated for 5 minutes yet when we felt a rumbling. We immediately panicked... I mean we're from Philly, we thought it was an earthquake and that's not normal for us! HA we wish it was an earthquake.
The wall came caving in something smashed through the building. We dove out of the way and hid behind some lockers until the debris stopped falling. When we peeked out there was a bright blue light shining through the dust. We moved closer to it but when we got near it, it began to shake. It let out a loud ringing sound that caused us all to cover our ears in the fear of losing our hearing. When the ringing ended I was the first to stand. The glowing rock was floating in mid air. I couldn't help myself, I reached for it. No sooner than I lifted my hand in the air the rock flew towards me at an alarming rate. I put my hands up in the hopes of protecting my face and a blue light blasted from my palm causing the rock to turn bright red, emanate another ringing sound and fly through the gaping hole in the... school. I panicked. My friends panicked. And there were screams in the distance.
We ran out the hole to the courtyard. The thing came back. This time it brought friends. Stephen got outside first. The moment he placed his foot outside they swarmed. Turns out Stephen has a power... ability? Uhm. He has a whatever I have coming from his palms too. They pinpointed their attack on Stephen and he projected a slightly orange field that blasted those fuckers into next week. He looked back at me for answers. This is why I'm documenting. I don't know what is happening to us. But someone needs to know. SOMEONE needs to help. That's how the questions began. "What was that light? How did you do that? Where did it go? Where do we go?" I didn't have the answers then and I don't have them now so don't expect some astonishing explanation... yet. I'll keep you posted I promise. Either that or I died.
