Until I Met You

7. Every shade of her

' Never judge a person without knowing the  whole story . You may think you understand  ; but you don't ..'

                 It was early morning in Mehra mansion where the whole family were continuing their beautiful sleep unless one ; who is shivering under the quilt trying to keep himself warm.

Due to his last night press meeting ;  where the reporter's trashed him with number of questions regarding the matters hidden in his  marriage had landed him to this situation.

Abhi opens his eyes as whole body pains as if he had worked whole day and is having a severe headache which made his sleep far away from him.

His energy has been drained off , with which he cant able to sit properly . Keeping his half back at the head rest , he saw someone opening the door.

" Who is that ? " Abhi asks shrinking his eyes to see the person properly who is standing infront of him .

" Pragya !!" His words trails as he saw her with the hands on her hips trying to express something to him.

She was sleeping when a sudden thought stricked her mind. She wants to clear it and can only ask to abhi who got very friendly with her within few days. First she frightens to near him seeing his hatred look and rude behaviour with hurt filled talks ; she decides to stay away from him but the way he got attached with her , all her worries ran away the way they came.

" You are awake at this time...? " he asked trying to get up from the bed to check whether she is fine . As he heard from aliya ; pragya wakes up only after nine or ten ' o ' clock.

" I came here to ask something ? " she tells sitting beside him as her eyes glitters in that dim room light. He adjust himself on the bed turning towards her to concentrate on her talks.

' what made her to come to my room at this time ? Oh my god!!! This headache!!! I shouldn't show my pain to her again..'  Abhi thinks turning off the a.c and keeps the remote aside.

" Now tell me , why you are here ? " he asks holding his head trying to get rid of ache.

" I already told you ; I am here to ask something?  Then why you are asking me again ...?  " she replies him with the teasing smile as abhi got irked by her answer.

If it was someone ; he might have shouted aloud asking them to leave but unfortunately it's wife who doesn't even understand what he is undergoing .

" Okay... I am sorry * he tells pinching his ears with worried look as pragya smiles at him * what's the matter ? " he asked assuring that she had forgiven him.

" Ek minute !!" She tells while abhi looks at her exhausted. He closed his eyes to control himself when he felt a cold touch on his forehead that sends shiver inside his spine.

He opens his eyes slowly by the touch as he saw her placing her palms on his forehead with the questioning look.

"Are you having fever ? You are burning like a pressure cooker ....!!" She points at him taking her hand back. Hearing her words , he suppressed his smile rather than getting anger on her.

" I will call Aliya? " she informs him getting up from the bed while abhi stops her. Pragya looks at him confused and pulled her hand back as abhi felt awkward suddenly by her reaction.

" Don't disturb anyone as they might be sleeping !! You leave from here and I am okay !! " he tells without hurting her. Still he cant believe that his heart doesn't urges to see her in pain. Yet he can't conclude anything until he finds the mysterious story hidden behind his marriage.
