At the gift shop, TC and his gang went inside and look around the shop to find the perfect surprise gift for Choo-Choo, although he went out somewhere. Fancy-Fancy and Spook were looking at men's suits in the clothing aisle, while Brain, Benny and TC were looking at women and men's hats in the hat aisle. They were still thinking about what they're getting for a surprise party. "Well boys", said TC, "these things were all interesting, but still not the right thing for Chooch. I guess we'll have to go back to the alley and--" He stopped and looked at a man outside who was eating a chocolate ice cream on a cone. He told his gang, "I'll be right back, I'm gonna go talk to that man to see what he's up to." So, TC went outside and starts talking to a man who was also wearing a brown suit. "Hello there, sir, it is nice to meet you." A man in a brown suit looked at a yellow cat with a purple hat and a vest and said, "I'm sorry, who are you suppose to be?" TC said, "You know, I'm the leader and the boss of the alley, Top Cat." "Ah", said a man in a brown suit, "nice seeing you here, the name's Mr. Cocoa." "Mr. Cocoa, huh," said TC, giving him a suspicious look at him, "I see that you're eating a chocolate ice cream on a cone." Then, he gave him a happily look, "But, do you have any ideas that you'll be giving us for a surprise?" "Of course indeed", said Mr. Cocoa, "I had just the thing for your big surprise, a big special gift, at my house." "Okay, we'll be there, sir", said TC, as he went back inside the shop to tell his gang.
