[Ana's POV]

I was awoken by the sound of a knock at the door. I checked my phone, 12:03 p.m, along with a text from someone, which I was to lazy to read. I was about to get up and answer the door, but I heard it open.

"Hey Hannah!" I hear Kati say.

"Hey!" She replies.

"Okay, now, we haven't been in the side house yet, so we don't know what to expect. I'm warning you now." Skye says.

I get up and brush out my hair before pulling it into a ponytail, the I walk down the hall to the front door.

"Mind if I come guys?" I asked.

"Of course Ana! You live here!" Kati says.

The four of us walked out the glass screen door at the back of the house, and headed down a rock path through the lawn down to a small beachy looking single story house, about the size of a large apartment. We walked up the white wooden steps too the small porch. Skye held the key up to the lock and turned to us.

"Ready guys?" She asked.

We all nodded our heads as she turned the key and opened the door.

The darkened hardwood floors matched perfectly with the fluffy white rug that lied underneath the white sofas and chairs in the living room all facing the wall to which a t.v used to stand. Behind, was a small little opened room wich had an empty book shelf and a small wooden round table. We were all so shocked by how clean the house was, and continued further down a hallway.

We walked into the modern looking kitchen, which had a connecting dining room. Giant windows surrounded the dining room, spreading much light, and and it would give out a beautiful view of the sunrise over some hills in the mornings. Hannah looked through some of the cabinets and pantries checking out the space. Once she was done, we all headed back down the hallway into the living room/library and walked through a door beside the living room.

We came into a small bedroom. It was empty of course, as the previous owner took everything out of it except a small newly white painted desk. The room had 2 fairly large windows, and a door to a small bathroom. We walked back out and entered a door right beside the one we just walked into, and came into another bedroom, this one bigger than the last one. It had a big bathroom, enough to fit a shower, bathtub, toilet, and a double sink.

We walked out, Skye closing and locking the doors behind everyone.

"I think I may love it." Hannah says.

''Well that's good." Skye says with a smile.

"How much do you think?" Hannah asked us.

Skye and I both looked at Kati who shrugged.

"I dunno."

"1k I guess, for a monthly rent. Thats what my parents suggested for a house this size." Skye said, now looking at her phone.

"The pool is included." She says putting her phone in her pocket.

"It is defiantly a lot nicer than some I've already seen. I'll talk to my parents about it." Hannah says.

"Okay. If it's too it's too much, we could go lower." Skye says.

"1,000 might be enough, thanks though. It would be awesome living right next to all my friends."

"It be awesome being your neighbor." I say.

Hannah's phone beeps, signaling a text message. She reads it and looks back up at us.

"I have to be at an apartment building quickly, my dad found one that he thinks I may like. I've gotta go. But thanks so much for showing me!" She says with a smile.
