The New Neighbors (An O2L Fan-Fic)

The Very Begining

"Hey guys!!" I say nervously into the camera. "My name is Kati, and welcome to my channel!" I say as I smile big.

"What better way to begin then to tell you all about myself! So, my name is Kati, but I've already established that." I start.

"Um...I live in hot sunny Texas, I like hot Cheeto-no, not just like, but L-O-V-E hot Cheetos." I say, spelling out love.

"Hey what do you know, there's a bag right there!" I say, panning the camera over to a bag lying on the ground, Cheetos spilling out if it.

"Okay, enough of that, more of this!" I say as I stroke a pose. "Anyway, I'm 14, single may I add" I say with a wink.

"And honestly, I really don't know that much about me. Me guess you'll just have to find out by yourselves." I say before I stare blankly into the camera, trying to find somewhere to go with the video.

"This video is getting no where, so I'm just gonna leave it and go now." I laugh.

"I know I'm lame, but the haters gonna hate, hate, hate, hate, hate."

Ayye, those should be song lyrics! I think to myself.

"Anyway, I have no outtro yet.... Oh-whale, byeeeeee!" I say as I cover up the camera with my hand, before Turing it off.

I did it. I thought. I made my first video. Yeah, it's with a crappy handheld camera, But it will do for now.

I immediately logged onto my YouTube Chanel, and quickly grabbed my phone to text my friend.

"What, what, what up?!" I say Into the old camer I found.

"I spent a lot of time making this music video, and I really, really hope you enjoy it, being my first video ever on YouTube. ROLL THE CLIP!!" I shout, as the short music video to the song hey there Dalilah, that I made earlier would be imported right there. I paused, before continuing to talk.

"I hope you enjoyed that, and I thought I'd get y'all to know me a lil better, my name is Skylar, I'm 12, I LOVE LOVE LOVE to make music videos, I'm very talkative, and everyone loves me... At least that's what I think." I whisper that lat part.

"Expect to see me soon, love you all, byeeeeee!!!" I wave, before putting a hand over the camera lens, turning it off afterwards.

I immediately took my camera over to my computer and began to edit it on one of those crappy editing softwares, spending along time on it to make it perfect, before re watching it over one last time, smiling at myself for my accomplishment.

"They say some dreams come true." I whisper to myself, logging into YouTube.

"HEY!" I say, randomly jumping in front of the laptops camera. It's 2009, I cant afford an H-D camera!

"My name is Hannaaaaahhhhh!!!" I say jumping around.

"Okay, I need to stop moving around. I'm a bit to jumpy sometimes." I laugh to myself.

"Anyway, welcome to my chan! Some facts about me, I love, love, loveeee the Beatles, I'm 11 years young, I live in Washington, erm, I'm random, and stuff like that, Yeah. But, I am pretty awesome, you should know that by now. " I say trying my hardest to stay still.

"Okay, anyway, I'm gonna have to really edit this video, lots and lots of jump cuts. And I am getting a camera soon, so filming quality will improve, I promise." I say seriously.

"Anyways, expect to see a random assortment of videos, and please subscribe and tell your friends! I'm Hannah, and I'll see you all, again!" I say, before ending the video.

I start editing it as best as I could, for this was my first time editing a video. When I was happy with it's outcome, I saved it, just as I got a text from someone.

Kati: HANNAH IVE DONE IT!

Hannah: done wut?

Kati: I just made my first freaking video. Omg I'm so excited to post it!

Hannah: I just made mine too!

Kati: twinsies! XD

Hannah: Yeessssss!

Kati: I'm about to post mine

Hannah: same, bye!

Kati: bye!

I turn off my phone and log onto my YouTube channel.

I get my camera out and set it up on a tripod in the shade. I turn the camera on, and sit down on a bench, the swimming pool in the back ground. I counted to three in my head before beginning.

"Um, hi?" I say into the camera. It was kinda awkward thanking to a camera, so I stopped and thought of what I would actually talk about.

"I'm Ana, currently 14 years of age and living in Texas, and welcome to me channel." I say with a wave.

"Um, I will probably be posting lots of music videos and like tutorials and such." I say. "I really hope you all enjoy my channel, and I've seen so many inspiring people on YouTube, so I thought, why not give it a try? And babam, here I am now, filming a video." I stop as I laugh.

"Yeah, I'm kinda awkward, so ignore that, trust me, my videos will actually maybe be planned out in the future, but you never know." I shrug.

"Okay, well, that's all I have, I'll see you all again soon. Laters!" I say as I wave, before getting up to shut off my camera. I fold up my tripod and I take that and my camera back inside. I walk into my giant house, headed for the stairs to go to my room, being stopped by my father.

"What were you doing Ana?" He asked.

"Filming a video." I reply.

"Oh, what kind?"

"Just some random video. Now dad, I need to go edit it right now." I say, squeezing passed him to get to the stairs.

"Oh, okay. Have fun?" He said, which came out more like a question.

I turned back a around to face him. "I'm sorry, I just really want to get this done." I apologize before running into my room, closing the door, and sitting down at my desk. I open a software on my computer to edit the video, and make it perfect to my likings. I smile to myself as I watch it over. Me and my best friend Kati had talked about joining youtube for a while, and I've finally done it. I smile uncontrollably as I realize my accomplishment and as I sign into YouTube.

(All of them do this part at the same time btw, so this is in 3rd person now. Just so you won't be confused😂)

All three of them click the post button, sharing thier first ever youtube video, not knowing what the future would hold.

"I did it." They all whisper at once.
