Katie and I were driving to our new house, it had two floors for me and her to have our own space. "Alex, down this street right?" She turned the car onto Hedgewood Drive and we could tell they just laid down new gravel, we saw the baby blue house coming into view. The week before, the action movers had moved our stuff to make it easier for us. We turned into the driveway that lead to the garage that matched the house. We parked the car in the garage and was greeted by a non chemical or toxic smell.

When we walked in the door we were facing the kitchen and we were met with a few boxes on the island and countertops. Some of them were labeled what they were along with "Fragile" on the side. We started to unpack the boxes and put the items where we thought would belong. Took us about fifteen minutes to get everything in place and finally decided to get our rooms set up and maybe get something to eat. When I walked up the stairs I thought I heard a little girls giggle and when I heard it I went to the window and saw a little girl on a swing getting pushed by her mother. The mother was smiling at her daughter with joy in her smile and with a sparkle in her eyes. The little girl was laughing and crying out every time that she pushed her. I brushed it off seeing that there was a girl giggling and laughing and having a good time.

I sighed as I put away the last of my jeans in the drawer. I looked at the bed and saw that their was a long thin box labeled "posters" and went to put those up. After about fifteen minutes and satisfied with the job I have done I went to get Katie so we could have some dinner. I walked down the stairs and went into her room where she was staring out the window. I went beside her and looked at what she was eyeing. There was a guy in his late teens with a rip shirt on with Panic at the Disco on the front. "OK. I get it now, but maybe we can get some food and then come back to watch..." I said with a bit of a giggle in my voice. She laughed as she took my "Skillet" hat off and put it on her head. We laughed as we got our purses and walked into the garage swiping my hat away from her head and putting it back onto mine. We backed away from the garage and went to look for a restaurant.
