I wore my black t-shirt, hockey jersey, skinny jeans, and black converse. I tied my brown hair into a ponytail and took my phone from my desk. I turned it on and I received a message from my best friend, Jenna.

Morning Alice! –Jenna

Okay, introduce. My name is Debbie Valentine, I had brown hair and green eyes, just like my mom. I was 4’6, short I know. The reason why Jenna called me Alice, is because she said that I’m too curious. Because the movie Alice In Wonderland, Alice was a curious girl.

I was confused at first, why did she call me Alice? I had brown hair, Alice is blonde, okay maybe I have an older sister like Alice does, and I’m a curious girl, and she answered, “I just wanted a special nickname for you because I’m your best friend!”

I texted her back

Morning Jen –Debbie

A seconds later, my phone beeped.

I want a nickname from you!!! –Jenna

Why? –Debbie

Maybe you can call me Queen Wi-fi? –Jenna

Why did I call you Queen Wi-fi when you call me Alice? –Debbie

FINE WHATEVS! –Jenna

I chuckled when I heard my sister shouted, “Debbie!! If you’re awake, hurry up take your breakfast or you’re making us late!”

I hurried downstair and into the kitchen, taking an apple from the fruits basket and looked at the clock.

7:25, there’s still quite time to relax.

“Debbie, for fudge, it’s 7:25, take a bread or something,” my sister, Andrianna ordered.

Andrianna is three years older than me. She’s in her senior year, and I’m in my freshman year. It has been two months since I became a freshman, and my oh so kind sister makes me popular. That’s why I was accepted on the jock table.

She has blonde hair like my dad, but green eyes like my mom, she was only two inches taller than me. Remember I got my pale skin from her? Yeap, she’s pale.

“I don’t wanna, I’m too lazy to make one,” I answered, sitting on the couch and turning on the tv.

“You’re still the same 13 years old Debbie,” she teased, sitting besides me.

“Hey! I’m 15!” I shouted in her ear. She quickly scooted over, and I pretended to pout.

“Way to make my ear bleed,” she muttered while her eyes were in her phone.

“HAHA!” I yelled.

“DEBBIE FOR CHOCOLATE FUDGE!” Andrianna yelled back.

I heard footsteps, so I turned around to see my 10 years old brother, Andy, was looking at us annoyed. He was still on his PJ and his blonde hair was messy. His gray eyes were sleepy while at the same time glaring at me and Andrianna.

“THANK YOU FOR BEING MY ALARM!” he yelled in sarcasm. We heard footsteps again, this time it was like double, deep, footsteps.

“You kids, can you guys please be more quiet?” mom scolded.

“Sorry mom,” me, Andrianna, and Andy apologized while looking down.

“At the same time, thank you for waking us up! I’m late,” Dad said, running toward the door after kissing our foreheads.
