Jessica became so startled that she started to stutter when asked questions by the doctor. She honestly didn't know how to answer them. Even though she had just told herself that she would stop with the crazy suspicions her mind wandered. Who was this man? Why did Rafael pay him to "shut me up for good" earlier? "Babe", said Rafael, can you hear us? Rafael and the doctor had been waiting for Jessica to respond to some questions but Jessica was clearly spaced out. "Ma'am can you explain how you're feeling right now?", asked the doctor. "Fine, perfectly fine. I'm sure my epi pen did the trick and I will follow up with my primary care doctor for another allergy test. If you don't mind I would really love some time to rest in bed. Thank you so much for coming!"

"Uhm ... of course just call me if anything changes.", the doctor replied. He looked strangely at Rafael, gathered his things, and left.

"JESSICA! What the hell happened to taking your health seriously???!! You didn't even give him a chance to take your temperature. If you even sneeze I'm calling him back and he's NOT LEAVING UNTIL I SAY SO!", screamed a now furious Rafael.

Jessica wondered why Rafael was responding like this. Of course he was sick of telling her time and time again about her health but this wasn't even that serious and he just completely blowed up. "Babe, I'm sorry I'm just not used to him. I'm comfortable with my regular doctor. I promise I'll see him when he's available.", said Jessica. Once again she felt stupid for not trusting Rafael.

Rafael's point of view:

What the hell has gotten into Jessica? She is being so difficult. Rafael wondered what he had done for Jessica to start being distrusting of him. Of course he had noticed the change. After all Jessica was all he seemed to care about these days little did she know. This is definitely not how I wanted to go into an engagement thought Rafael. Rafael had been planning his proposal to Jessica but now started to think that maybe he should wait and give her some time to come to her senses. He would be crushed if she said no.

Then the thought of her saying no started to haunt him and he decided that he needed to talk to her about her trust issues. And now was the time ...
"Babe, I love you so much and our relationship has been amazing but something has changed about you and ....
"RAFAEL!!!", screamed Jessica. Rafael was cut off by a gunshot entering his left leg. Jessica rushed to call 911. "Don't worry, they're already on the way." Jessica turned around to see the doctor standing behind them. "I, I thought you left?", asked Jessica.

"I did, he said as he smirked. But I had a bad feeling that something would happen so I turned around. A doctor should always be around for a medical emergency. And now. This should take care of you ....
