Mark woke up to the sound of sniffles, coming from his side. He slowly opened his eyes and looked down.
His eyes softened at the sight of his lover sobbing quitely in his chest. Arms wrapped around his torso and head, placed on top of Marks beating heart.
Another nightmare.
He slowly lifted his arms and carrased y/n's cheeks as the other one was wrapped around her. "shhh- It's okay. I'm here" whispered Mark
Soon, Mark could hear y/n's breath soften, her sobs replaced with a quite snore.
Mark smiled and place a soft kiss on her forehead. Closing both of his eyes as the two fell asleep.
