I could see the sincerity and genuineness in his eyes. But should I believe him? Would it be like pushing my daughter into the hell again from which it took a lot of time to overcome?
" I know what you are thinking ma'am. But I give you assurance if I hurt Poonam ever again, I will name my company in her name and..." he said
"What do you want?" I asked
Sabir looked up at me with hope and happiness in his eyes.
"So you forgive me?
"No!" I said immediately not to get his hopes up too soon
"Ma'am I want to give you rather your company to build my company here." He said
"Why our company? " I asked
"Only so that I can try and get back our old Poonam back and I can shower her with love. Something that I have not given her and she deserves all of it" he said
He handed me the file I looked at it and saw he was giving us three times the amount for the construction
"Why so much Sabir?" I asked shocked
"It nothing compared to what you have given me, a chance to get my life back my Poonam back" he said with a smile and tears in his eyes.
"But I have not yet said yes" I said
He only smiled and said
"Poonam is just like you, the eyes say it all" he said
After that Ramu came in with tea and snacks
We chatted about the project and Sabir thanked me again and again for giving him a chance.

Poonam was working late at night in her office on an upcoming project. she was soo engrossed in her work that she didn't realize that it was almost ten o clock ,. she was about to make her self another cup of coffee when someone knocked on her door
