Chapter 20: Ava Date Night

Ava POV
Zach and I are going out on a date tonight and we are leaving soon so we started getting ready at my house. I was wearing a white tank top, blue jeans, a tan long sleeve sweater, and tan heels. I then proceeded to put on some light makeup which consisted of concealer, mascara, filling in my eyebrows, and lip gloss. I then braided my hair into a fishtail.

Zach POV
Ava and I are going out on a date tonight and we are leaving soon so we started getting ready at her house. I put on a tan polo shirt, tan dress slacks, brown belt, tan shoes, and a tan watch. I was waiting on Ava to finish getting ready so I sat on her bed and played on my phone for a bit and followed so fans and liked some edits.
Zach Outfit

We head out to my car after she is ready.

"Where are we going? " she asked
"Just ride and find out. " I say
"Okay. " she says. She then turns on the radio and looks out the window. We sit in silence the rest of the way their. I am taking Ava to Sapporo. When we finally arrive I get out of the car quickly and run around the car and open the door for her and help her out the car. I grab her and and kiss her temple and we head into the restaurant.
"Hello welcome to Sapporo how may I help you" the waitress asks me flirtatiously. I see Ava shift beside me. I smirk knowing how she let's her mouth get the best of her sometimes.
"Yeah I have a table at the hibachi under Herron" I put a hand on Ava's waist to calm her down.
"Okay, follow me Herron" the waitress says. I grab Ava's hand and follow the waitress. The waitress stops at a table set up for the both of us. Ava sits across from me and just as I am about to sit down the waitress smacks my butt causing me to jump.
"Can we get a new waiter please, preferably ones with a little bit of manners". Ava shouts and within seconds we have a new waiter.
"Sorry about that guys what can I get you like to drink today"
We order what we want. We talk for a bit while we look at the menus. After the waiter comes back with our drinks, we then order our food and talk for a bit while we wait, the food gets to our table and we talk and laugh a lot while eating our food. We finish eating. I open the door for Ava and close the door for her I then head to the back door and get the bag from underneath her seat. I can tell she's looking at me confused as to what is going on and I smirk knowing she's probably going to flip out. I then head around to my seat. I open my door and look straight at Ava who is looking straight at the bag. She gestures her hand towards the bag and I hand it to her she looks into the bag and pulls out a box with a necklace and earring set and a bracelet. And like I imagined she flips out and then takes me back by kisses me I quickly kiss her back and we stay like that for all five minutes before we both pull away. I then pull out and we head back to her home.
