Chapter || four
Monday June 2nd

Daniel woke up with a loud obnoxious noise. He shot up looking around the room. He didn't know where it was coming from he didn't even realize that he had fell asleep. He looked down realizing that it was his alarm clock on his phone that was going off. He sighed shutting it off. He rub his eyes finally given the room a glance. He noticed everyone was practically up all ready getting dressed. He took out his earbuds and throw off his covers trying to fully wake up.

Zach was the first one to realize that daniel was up.

"Morning sleepyhead" Zach said tying his shoe.

"Morning. What time is it?" Daniel asked. His voice was very rasped in the mornings especially since he just woke up.

"It's 6:45am you are the last one to wake up" Jonah said coming out of his closet putting on his leather jacket.

"I need to shower" daniel mumbled getting out of bed. He fixed his bed and grab his phone before making his way to his closet to pick out clothes. He went with his everyday look which contains a black T-shirt and black jeans with his Devin Bookers shoes. It was a present from his mom before he left for summer camp.

He grabbed his stuff and walk to the bathroom shutting the door and locking it before undressing. He put his dirty clothes in the corner of the bathroom before he set his music up. Lights down low by max came on one of his favorite songs. He got in the shower turning on the water. He started to sing along with the music while taking a shower.

Once he was finally done he styled his hair making it perfect before he stepped outside to see everyone looking at him shocked like they did last night when they found out that Corbyn can sing.

"What" daniel asked smiling a little. No one moved or said anything so he continued on getting ready. He put his dirty clothes in his hamper and sprayed his clone. Then he realized they still was staring at him. It started to make him feel uncomfortable.

"Seriously guys what" he asked getting annoyed.

Jonah was the first person to speak up.

"You have an amazing voice" he said none of them have moved. Daniel felt self-conscious he never ment for anyone to hear him sing. No one has ever heard him not even his own family. He kept it very secretive that he can sing.

"You guys wasn't supposed to hear me sing" Daniel said looking down. He knew they was going to make fun of him just like the kids on the playground did when he used to sing at school.

"Why not. A voice like that needs to be heard" corbyn said quietly. He never liked to speak but for some reason he felt comfortable speaking around them.

"I just can't sing Infront of anyone, okay. Come on let's just go to breakfast" daniel said wanting to drop the conversation. Talking about his singing brought back so many painful memories. Memories he just wants to forget. Everyone didn't say anymore about him singing they just follow daniel outside. They locked up their cabin before getting into their golf cart.

Daniel and Jonah sat in the very back while jack and Zach got the middle and Corbyn and eben got the very front. Eben was the one who was driving since he knows the camp like the back of his hand.

"What song do you guys want to listen to?" Eben asked turning on the golf cart.

"'Drive by' by train" Zach said. Corbyn entered the song soon the song blasted through the speakers. Zach really did know how to losing up the tension in the air. Everyone started bobing their head to the music.
