Part 6

I wake up to the smell of pancakes,eggs,bacon,toast and hash browns. I smile and hop into the air to try to fly downstairs. I can't. Oh, I must be big again. No matter, I run down the stairs eagerly. "Yikes!" Natsu and Lucy say together. "What?" I ask, I swear, if I have crazy bed head, I'm gonna have a word with that shampoo company. "Uh, your hair is pink." Natsu says giggling. "I'll go ask gramps." Gray says, and he walks out the door. Huh. I guess he isn't phased by this,I suppose he's under the impression that I'm just a nobody. WE SHOULD FIGHT!!!--- no don't think like that, don't let destructive Natsu take over. I shake my head and Lucy beckons for me to come to the kitchen. I look over and see Natsu start to walk away. Uh oh. Once he gets to the living room the force field hits me and I slam into him. I wince, I think I have a concussion. "Oh, sorry." Natsu says, half smiling. He is really getting on my nerves. "Well I guess you'd rather be here anyways." He says as he hops onto the couch. I feel like I need to do something, I don't know what., until that Natsu part of me burst out. "Let's fight!" Those words spew out of my mouth so fast, I could barely recognize them. "Yeah!" Natsu says. "Not in my house your not." Lucy. Begins, "We have a job today remember Natsu?" "Oh. Oh yeah!" He says with an excited grin. "Hey, you guys want to help me with breakfast?" Lucy asks. I nod, but Natsu hops back onto the couch and ignores her. Maybe with my Natsu powers I can break through this new prison and help Lucy. I charge at it, but before I can even get a couple inches away, the ceiling grows and I know what's happening. "Oh no you don't." He says, then I feel that familiar and awful tugging at my leg, until I fall to the ground. Forced to watch tv? There are worse fates for sure. "I got it!" Gray says as he opens the door. Then he starts to do what Natsu did to me, but this time it's cold, really cold, and I can breathe. He does this just before I turn into Gray jr. And I'm back to normal. "Yes! No more Natsu poo brain!" I blurt out. "He glares at me. "Big words comin' from such a little mouth." He says angrily. "I don't blame you." Gray says. I look down and my shirt is off. Uh oh. "That just means he needs more fire, right?" Huh? Oh yeah, gray always takes his clothes off. You'd know that if you spent 2 whole seconds with him. "Okay." Natsu says with a determined face. He cracks his knuckles and does it for no more than a second. "Huh, who knew Natsu could focus." Gray says shrugging. It must've worked. I don't feel the urge to take my shirt off, or to fight every living thing i see. Yes! "Alright, off on our quest!" Natsu says shoving bacon into his mouth. Lucy hands me a pancake, looking the other way, and before it flattens me, I'm normal size again. I wolf it down and we're all out the door. Natsu pulls out the amulet I was imprisoned in for so long and I wince at the sight of it. "Oh don't worry, I won't." And he tosses it backwards, "But I will."
