Chapter 4

"Mom, I'm home." I said.

"Okay, dear, be ready for dinner later." My mom said.

"Okay mom, I'll review first." I said

Then I went to my room and started to think about my plan. I sat down and started thinking....

"Ugghhhh, I have never encountered questions as hard as this, ayyy, nevermind, I'm so tired right now, let's just see how it will go tomorrow." I said.

I ate my dinner and took a bath quickly and went to bed but still worried about tomorrow's nomination.

The next day, I woke up early and fixed myself up and went to school but just in time when the classes start.

"Okay class, today is the day for the class nomination, let's start. The nomination of president starts now." The teacher said.

" Ms, I vote for Mike for president." One of my classmate said.

"Anybody else who wanted to vote?" Said the teacher.

Silence remained in the classroom...

Oh no, I'm so sure no one is going to vote for me.:((

Just in time when my hope sank, a boy raised his hand and guess who, it's the boy that I hated who too is also my sit mate.

"Miss, I would like to nominate for Chloe." He said.

The whole class suddenly stared at us in a curious and surprised face expression even I was questioning why did he vote for me and I was thinking maybe he isn't that bad at all.

" Okay class, the nomination for the president will be closed." Teacher said.

"Okay class, who vote for Mike, please raise your hand." The teacher said.

Guess what nearly 99% of the class voted for him and I knew I was hopeless.

When is my turn, nobody voted for me except for him, he is grinning at that moment but I know he is trying his best to hold his laugh and I suddenly discovered that this is all part of his evil plan. He is trying to embarrass me in front of the whole class. Urggghhh!

At last, even though I'm not the president, at least I'm still the Vice President.

But after that issue, it made me hate him more.

"Hey, are you Okay, that was a pretty tough battle, huh? Ain't I a good seat mate,? Atleast I voted for you." He said.

" oh wow, you think I'll appreciate you because you voted for me, that's just part of your plan!" I shouted at him.

"Oh, if you think that way, then think whatever you want because I'm going home now, it's already dismissal." He said.

I quickly packed up my things and left the classroom in anger and just on my way home, the rain poured. I have no umbrella or anything that I can use to cover myself so I just ran as fast as I can but while I was running, a car passed by me, it splashed the water along the road all over me. What a bad luck day!

"Hey, don't you have eyes, you don't know that there is a person in front of you!" I yelled at the passing car.

Then suddenly the car stopped, a driver went out form the car and gave me an umbrella and some money.

The car window opened, a face of a boy so familiar and obviously is the boy I hated, Mike.

"Hey, are you okay, hahaha, I'm so sorry for that, it's all an accident. Here are some money, buy a new umbrella for yourself." He said.

" you think that money can fix everything, huh, no it can't, your parents didn't teach you about how to apologize properly?!" I said.

He then closed the car window and went away.

"Urghhhh, achooo, achooo," oh no, I think I'm sick and thanks to him.

I felt freezing cold at that moment and went home.

"Mom, I'm home." I said.

" o my dear, why are you so wet and who owns that umbrella, I remembered you didn't bring an umbrella to school, alright, you better change your clothes first." My mom said.

I didn't want dot explain that much that's why I just said my classmate borrowed me and then I went to change my clothes and took a warm bath.
