[seven] ten mile

taehyung's focus

the cold breeze tousled taehyung's brown hair as he stepped out of the building.

he scanned the half empty car park for his much loved mini

where is pippa? :(

five minutes had gone by and he still could not find his car {pippa}

but I'm sure I parked it here, opposite this tree

taehyung stood, his face contorted in confusion

what. the. fuck

where had the car gone? had it just disappeared into thin air? had someone stolen it? but no, surely not, after all his keys were...

MY KEYS ARE GONE

someone had obviously stolen his car: it had the 'mini' logo engraved into his car keys and there was only two minis here.

oh no, pippa no no not pippa

taehyung loved his car so much, a tear fell down his cheek, glistening in the weak sunlight. how was he going to get home? ten miles is a long walk especially for a inactive boy like taehyung who struggles to walk down the stairs to his own kitchen.

after ten minutes of staring amongst the car in complete bewilderment, he started to walk aimlessly hoping this will somehow get him home.

"taehyung?" a car creeping behind him came to a halt

it was jungkook

"o-oh hi" taehyung plastered a smile on his face

"why are you walking? I thought you live ten miles from here?" jungkook's head stuck of of the car window, his arm perched on the frame

"oh, uh," taehyung scratched his neck "somebody s-stole my car. it's g-gone" he stuttered trying not to break down into another crying fit

"what?!" jungkook's eyes widened to twice their size

taehyung explained the whole situation to him with difficulty as the lump in his throat grew larger every time he spoke

"well hop in then" jungkook said casually nodding his head towards the passenger seat

"w-what? no no, I can walk, I could do with some exercise a-anyway" taehyung sniffles

"get in" jungkook orders

"are you going to kidnap me or anything?" taehyung says with a hint of worry in his eyes

"yep. definitely going to kidnap you" jungkook jokes patting the seat next to him

taehyung snorts "yeah, that'd be quite difficult so don't even attempt"

he pulled the passenger door open and swings himself into the posh but messy mercedes

jungkook's stomach gurgled loudly

paranoid that taehyung heard he glanced over to taehyung  who was sitting comfortably with his cheeks cupped in his hand gazing out of the window, unaware of the gurgling sounds the younger's stomach made.

"hey," jungkook broke the silence. "wanna stop off a mcdonalds?"

taehyung's face lit up "sure"

jungkook chuckled inaudibly at his accomplishment at brightening taehyung up after getting his car stolen

taehyung took a large bite out of his chicken burger.
he was so hungry, he actually contemplated what would happen if he collapsed

thank fuck for this meal

too hungry to care what he looks like in front of jungkook, he ate like a pig, splashes of mayonnaise splattered jungkook as he sat there in disbelief at the elder

"er, you just got a bit of mayo  just there" jungkook pointed at the mass of mayonnaise dribbling down taehyung's chin

"oh haha fanks" taehyung said with his mouth full, grabbing the nearest serviette to him

jungkook continued to eat meal occasionally glancing up at taehyung to inform him of the bits lettuce falling out of his burger

a low buzz was heard in jungkook's jeans pocket, he took it out and looked at the caller.

"got to take this, hang on" jungkook stood up and headed for the door.

taehyung wasn't bothered, he had food and was to eat it, that's all that really mattered. plus jungkook had his life and taehyung had his

five minutes later jungkook strode back into the fast food restaurant eager to resume his food.

"everything alright?" taehyung question already finished his food

"yeah, fine" jungkook said breathed

he picked up his burger and noticed the taehyung was eyeing it, "here, you have it" jungkook handed him his half eaten burger.

taehyung smiled happily and accepted it. "you sure" he said with his mouth full, already taking a bite out of it

jungkook nodded, contently watching the older enjoy his burger

"wanna come out to the club tonight?" jungkook asked him casually

taehyung raised his eyebrows

"don't tell me you've never been out" jungkook laughed,

his laugh rung in taehyung's ears, so beautiful taehyung thought

"that's exactly what I was going to say" taehyung murmured

"well this will be your first time" jungkook looked at the elder obviously given up being surprised at the elders innocence

"what, where, when, why and how?" taehyung said with a bored expression

"what: well it's a club where people have fun. where: not far from my flat, about half a mile, it's called jacotos. when: tonight around eight. why: because I think you're cool and also you've never set foot in a fucking club and you're what, twenty-two!" jungkook paused, "does that answer your question?"

"you missed out how" taehyung pointed out

"pfft, how, well we'll walk from mine"

"promise I won't die" taehyung face looked worried

"don't worry, god it's only a club" jungkook rolled his eyes

taehyung's eyebrows were knitted together

"you can hold my handy if you weally want to" jungkook said in a mock baby voice

taehyung rolled his eyes "fine." he sighed
