jungkook's focus
jungkook could smell the freshly mowed grass as it tickled his nose and he sneezed. hey fever, jungkook thought as he scrunched his nose.
he was laying in a meadow, bright yellow buttercups surrounded him complimenting his mocha coloured hair.
the birds sung sweetly as jungkook gazed up at the cloudless sky which was vibrant with could as the sun highlighted his face.
he didn't have a care in the world, in fact, he couldn't even remember how he got there, or even why he was there.
jungkook closed his eyes as he felt the cool breeze brush his fringe out of his face softly.
this was the life, he thought smiling to himself.
after a few minutes of laying in the deep grass, relaxing his thoughts, he felt someone's presence close by his face, and without thought, the unknown figure had gently pressed their lips upon jungkook's.
jungkook's eyes fluttered open, eager to know who had kissed him ever so sweetly, but they were nowhere to be seen. they had fled most probably through the brushes.
before jungkook knew what he was doing, his feet picked up speed, and he ran towards the edge of the field, hoping to find the stranger.
his dark hair tussled in the wind as ran through the long grass that tickled his ankles.
without any warning he hurtled forward after tripping over a large tree root causing him jolt upright in his bed.
beads of sweat were forming on his forehead as he glanced around the room, memories came flooding back to him.
jungkook held his head as he urged the dream to stay. his eyes landed on the ticking clock on the wall opposite. the hands glowed in the dark so he could easily see it was a quarter to four in the morning.
there was no birds singing sweetly outside the window. there was no breeze to cool him down from the none existent sunlight. there was no stranger who kissed him before they ran.
the dark became friendly, and jungkook could see quite clearly that a figure was lying in the bed beside his, snoring loudly, obviously had a cold. taehyung, he thought. they had to stay in a nearby motel for the night. taehyung only got worse and worse, he could barely stand, never mind walk.
jungkook remembered the arranged plans for the following day: they were to visit a private hospital so someone could treat taehyung's severe wounds. jungkook sighed as he fell back onto his fluffed pillow and entered a second nirvana of nothingness.

it was eleven o'clock before jungkook finally arose from his bed. oblivious to the previous night's dreams, he got up, brushed his teeth, showered, and as taehyung said, finally, put clothes on after roaming around aimlessly in just his boxers.
"right, so what are you saying again?" jungkook sat opposite taehyung with his forearms resting on his knees.
"jungkook, we've been through this a million times" taehyung whined.
jungkook gave him a warning look, he was clearly anxious about visiting the hospital when he was carrying a beretta m9 on him.
"fine, but if you're worried about getting caught, just leave the damn gun in the car" taehyung pointed in the direction of jungkook's car.
"look, taehyung, I need to bring it. self defence remember? what if they're following us again? I can't afford you getting kidnapped or shot again" jungkook explained.
