Kylie's POV*

"Yeah I work here now" he said smiling his pantie dropping smile at me.

I inwardly rolled my eyes at him. "Excuse me I need to make a phone call" I said standing up. "Order me whatever" I said to Tyler and he nodded.

I walked out of the building and sat down on the bench outside. I grabbed my phone from my pocket and opened contacts.

I scrolled down and clicked the name I was looking for. I pressed 'call' and held my phone up to my ear.

After four or five rings he picked up. "Hey Kylie what are you doing calling my this early" he spoke in a morning voice.

Right it's like 7am.

"Jesse what the fuck" I said sighing. I pinched the bridge of my nose in frustration.

"Wait what?" He asked.

"How could you not tell me that Cole is in LA right now?" I said into the phone.

"Ohhh did I not mention that he's staying with his uncle for the summer because he's going to UCLA in the fall?" Jesse said along with a chuckle.

My eyes widened in shock. "What?! No you didn't. Would've been nice to know" I said rolling my eyes.

"Whoops sorry Ky" he laughed. "Yeah yeah I'll see you later. Goodbye" I said.

"Bye!"

I hung up and shoved my phone in my pocket. I fixed my- Dylan's, jumper and tightened the bun that was in my hair. I blew out a puff of air and took a deep breath.

"You can do this Kylie"

I walked back over to the door and swung it open. I walked in and back over to the table. Dylan and Tyler's eyes immediately looked my way.

I slid in next to Dylan and smiled at them. "I ordered you pancakes" Tyler said. "Thanks" I replied.

"Who did you need to call?" Dylan asked and I sighed. "Jesse" I said and Tyler raised an eyebrow at me.

"I asked him why he didn't tell me Cole is here for the summer and that he's gonna be going to UCLA next fall" I blurted and Dylan's jaw clenched.

"UCLA? Isn't that where you're going?" Dylan asked me.

"If I get in" I shrugged.

"When she gets in" Tyler corrected me and I rolled my eyes.

"They'd be idiots to not to take you" Dylan said placing his hand on my thigh giving it a squeeze.

"Thanks" I smiled. We made small talk while we waited for our food to come.

"I'm starving" I said and as if on cue I saw Cole coming out with our food. I rolled my eyes at the sight of him not caring if he saw me or not.

He gave me a smirk before placing my pancakes in front of me. He gave Tyler and Dylan their food and stood staring at me.

"Want me to feed it to you like I used to" He said to me placing his hands on the table.

I rolled my eyes and Dylan's jaw clenched. "Want me to kick you in the balls like I used to" I said glaring at him.

He laughed loudly making me even more mad.

"You know Cole" Dylan said placing his fork down. "Being a dick won't make yours bigger" he said causing me to bite my lip to contain my laughter.

I looked at Tyler who was silently cracking up. Cole's eyes rolled.

"You must be the boyfriend" he said to Dylan and he nodded. "And you must the ex" Dylan said and I chuckled.

"Nice talking to you Cole" I said gently pushing him away only for him to come closer.

"I miss you Kylie" he said placing his hand over mine. I tore my hand away from his touch and halted at him.

"Cool. I don't miss you" I said.

"Why do you have to be such a bitch" he said crossing his arms over his chest.

"Why are you still here?" I said getting mad.

"Dude are you deaf. She doesn't want you here. Neither of us do. Fuck off and leave us alone " Tyler said clenching his fists under the table.

"Or what? You gonna punch me again" Cole laughed.

"No but I will" Dylan said standing up. I pulled him down by the arm causing Cole to laugh even more.

"Just ignore him" I said and Dylan nodded.

"Enjoy your meal" Cole said and we all ignored him.

"How did you stand that guy" Dylan said picking up his fork again.

"Like I said, I thought I was in one with him"
