"Kylie wake up" I felt my body being shook. I immediately groaned, fluttering my eyes opened.

My gaze landed on Dylan hovering above me, grinning like a child on Christmas morning.

"Dyl? What the- it's like five in the morning!" I sighed, sitting up. He chuckled, rolling over next to me.

"I know, I wanted to go watch the sunrise with you" he said, looking over at me.

I chuckled. "Sure" I said, getting out of my bed. I grabbed a sweater and threw it on, slipping my feet into vans.

Dylan grabbed my hand and we made our way out of the apartment. "Let's go to the roof" he said, leading me up a flight of stairs.

"Technically, were not supposed to be up here. So be quiet" he said. I laughed quietly, rolling my eyes.

He opened the roof top door, leaving a cement block to keep the door open.  The sun was beginning to rise.

We sat down at the edge, staring out at the beautiful sky in front of us. I leaned over, kissing Dylan's lips. "I love you" I said and he smiled.

"I love you more" he said as I rested my head on his shoulder.

"And to think, we started off as just roommates" he said and I laughed.
