"How are you afraid of the ocean?" Jimin asked me. I shrug my shoulders and continue to eat.

"Your the only one who is like that, Tae" Jungkook says while eating his Kimchi. I just shrug off and continue to eat.

??? Pov

"Ahh! Such a nice day for a swim," my sister, Coral said while swimming threw the blue water.

"I'd rather be back at the palace reading a nice book while snaking on some sea kelp," I said while crossing my arms. Coral gave me a ticked off look.

"Dad told us to go swim for a bit, since all you want to do is read," she snapped.

"Does it look like I care what dad wants us to do?" I snapped back. Coral just rolled her eyes.

"We're like this for a reason." She said.

"Yea I know," I looked up. The surface. It was so beautiful, the light shining threw the water, I wonder what it's like up there. In case you haven't caught on, I'm a mermaid, the kings daughter, I'm a princess. My sister Coral, she's younger than me, by 2 years. She's the stuck up younger sister that thinks she all that and a bag of kelp.

"Quit!" She snapped her fingers in front of my face. "You know we're not allowed up there ever since what happened to Sabrina,"

Sabrina was my best friend, we had a law that said when we turned 18 we were allowed to go up to the surface, but Sabrina was spotted.

I found myself, alone.

"Coral?" I asked, no answer.

"CORAL?!" I practically yelled, still no answer. I looked up and saw a ship crossing over me, the shadow casting over me, hiding me in the darkness. I swam up towards the surface until I something grabbed my arm.

"Y/N!" Coral yelled.

"Let me go!" I yelled looking at her.

"No! I'm not letting you go!" She tightened her grip, but I managed to wiggle my arm out of her grip. I swam upwards, I almost reached the surface but I spotted something falling into the water.

I swam towards it, it was one of those 2 legged mermaids!

Taehyungs POV

I finished eating and made my way out of the mini kitchen we had on the boat and onto the main deck. I held onto the rail as I watched the sun set. It was beautiful, the light pink, yellow, purple, all mixed together, was beautiful and calm to look at. I felt myself smiling as I watched as the sun hid behind a giant cloud. I was now looking into the ocean, there was something I noticed, oh no! A creature! I started to hyperventilate. I was leaning against the railing. It started to wobble and eventually broke, causing me to fall into the dark obis called the ocean. As I felt the water hit my back, everything went black.

Y/N POV

As I realized what it was, I swam as fast I could to save it. I finally reached the 2 tailed mermaid, I wrapped my arms around its waist and pulled it onto shore. I pulled him into shore, my chest was peeving up and down.

'God! How heavy are you?!' I thought to myself. As I finally lasted him down on the shore, I noticed it looked like a male. After a bit, I found myself staring at him. As I put my hand in his chest, he started to cough up water. I panicked and rushed back into the water and behind a rock. I peeked from behind the rock to see him standing up and looking out onto the ocean, his eyes grained over the rock, causing me to drop into the ocean, after a bit I care back up and he was gone....
